LG K61, LG K51S and K41S with a 6.5-inch display, 4000mAh battery announced

LG has today announced the launch of its latest K-series of smartphones. The brand has introduced LG K61, LG K51S and LG K41S smartphones. The series will be available starting in the second quarter in the American market followed by select markets in Europe and Asia. The series comes loaded with MIL-STD-810G standard, making them durable in nature. The series also features DTS:X 3D Surround Sound for 7.1-channel experience with headphones.

The LG K61 is loaded with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ FullVision Display with a screen resolution of 2560 x 1080 pixels and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by a 2.3GHz octa-core processor along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expanded up to 2TB via microSD card slot.

Samsung Galaxy A71 with Snapdragon 730 SoC launched in India for Rs 29,999

The Galaxy A71 is loaded with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Infinity-O Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expanded up to 512GB via microSD card slot.

The Galaxy A71 gets its power from a non-removable Li-Po 4500mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging and runs on Android 10 with Samsung One UI 2.0 on top of it. The LG W10 Alpha comes powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core Spreadtrum SC9863 processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The storage is further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip foldable smartphone launched in India for ₹1,09,999

The smartphone comes with a 6.7-inch flexible hole-punch display covered with Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG). Samsung has designed the phone to be used in three ways. In the closed mode using the small 1.1-inch Super AMOLED cover display on the back; open mode as a regular smartphone; and Flex Mode where the display can be stopped at any angle similar to adjusting the screen of laptop.

Under the hood, the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus octa-core processor, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.0 internal storage. As for the camera department, it features dual-camera setup on the back consisting of a 12MP f/1.8 1.4um primary rear camera paired with another 12MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

Tecno Camon 15 Pro, Camon 15 launched in India

The Tecno Camon 15 features a 6.55-inch dot-in punch-hole display. It comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It also features a big 5,000mAh battery for all-day battery life. The phone also features a fingerprint scanner and face unlocking. In terms of optics, the Tecno Camon 15 will feature a 48-megapixel main camera lens on the back. This is accompanied by a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. There is a QVGA depth-sensing lens for portrait shots.

The Realme X50 Pro 5G has a Super AMOLED display of 6.44 inches. It produces full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Moving to the Galaxy S20 Ultra, the 12GB RAM and 128GB internal storage is priced at Rs 92,999. It is worth noting that all these variants above will feature 4G LTE connectivity.

LG Q51 with 6.5-inch display, 13MP triple cameras and 4,000mAh battery launched

The LG Q51 flaunts a FullVision IPS LCD screen of 6.5 inches with a V-shaped notch which produces HD+ resolution. The notch is the home for the 13-megapixel selfie camera of the device. The iQOO 3 5G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, similar to the Realme X50 Pro. It is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 onboard storage. The 5G smartphone features a modern punch-hole display. For security, it offers an in-display fingerprint sensor, and even supports face unlock. UFS 3.1 storage, and LPDDR5 RAM.

It supports Carbon Fiber VC Liquid Cooling technology. The upcoming iQOO 3 5G has a 6.4-inch full HD+ AMOLED display. The handset sports a quad-rear camera setup, including a 48-megapixel main shooter. Huawei Mate Xs foldable phone with 5G, Kirin 990 SoC, 4,500mAh battery launched

The Huawei Mate Xs has been launched with an improved hinge and flagship Kirin 990 5G chipset. The second foldable phone from Huawei will reportedly be available in the international markets too. The original Mate X foldable device never actually made it debuts out of China. The new one will go on sale in the month of March. Huawei Mate Xs price is set at EUR 2,499, which is around Rs 1,93,000 in India.

The Huawei Mate Xs comes with an 8-inch flexible screen. When folded, the display turns into a 6.6-inch main screen and a 6.38-inch secondary display.

It is powered by Huawei’s in-house Kirin 990 chipset. There is a four-lens camera system and it can be used on a wider range of high-speed 5G network bands. The Mate Xs features a 4,500mAh battery with support for 55W fast-charging capabilities. It offers a 40-megapixel f/1.8 main camera, an 8-megapixel f/2.4 telephoto lens with OIS. There is also a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a ToF module.

Samsung Galaxy M31 debuts with 32MP front camera, 64P quad cameras and 6,000mAh battery

The Galaxy M31 smartphone has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with Infinity-U notch design. It seems to be the very same full HD+ resolution supporting screen that is available on the Galaxy M30s phone. It offers an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The screen of the phone is protected by Gorilla Glass 3.

Huawei P40 Lite with Kirin 810, 48MP quad cameras launched for 299 euros (~$325)

The Huawei P40 Lite phone has 159.2 x 76.3 x 8.7mm and it weighs 183 grams. The phone features an IPS LCD display with a punch-hole at its top-left corner. The 6.4-inch display produces full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2310 pixels. The P40 Lite delivers a screen-to-body ratio of 90.6 percent.

The 7nm Kirin 810 chipset powers the smartphone with 6 GB of RAM. The device is equipped with an internal storage of 128 GB. An expansion slot is available for expanding the storage of the device. The EMUI 10 based Android 10 OS is preloaded on the device. It does not feature Google Mobile Services (GMS).

LG V60 ThinQ 5G launched with Snapdragon 865 SoC and dual screen

V60 ThinQ 5G comes with a 6.8-inch P-OLED display panel with FHD+ resolution and 20.5:9 aspect ratio. It runs on Snapdragon 865 SoC with X55 5G modem, 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. LG has also added a microSD card slot for expandable storage. It comes with the dual-screen accessory. This means that users will not have to buy this accessory separately. In addition, it is likely to feature slightly improved hardware complementing the smartphone.

The phone comes with Android 10 along with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, NFC, and USB Type-C port. The highlight of the device is that it still features a 3.5mm headphone socket. LG has also added a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC with 3D Sound Engine. Talking about the camera, we get a 64-megapixel primary sensor along with a 13-megapixel sensor with a “Super Wide” lens.
