i want to know is there any processing fee we have to pay to claim insurance. I have taken 0 Dept insurance.

Processing fee is there Surya. It is called the 'file charge'. It would somewhere be around 1000-2000 rupees. Though externally the dent may not appear severe but do check the plastics inside the wheel arcs. It might be possible that the locks of those plastic might be broken or displaced.

hi guys, locally bought a car polish
it was moto max polish
it was good to apply and most of the swrills where disappeared,
i liked the product,ill recommend,for lite use.

I Use Moto Max wax alongside some Waxpol car shampoo with wax, although I prefer waxing it manually than some car shampoo. Apart from these, once used a Waxpol washer fluid, and a Wurth plastic/rubber care spray.

Formula 1 is a good product for wash & wax. But it is hard to get the original shampoo, most of the shops what you get is poor quality imitations.
I bought it recently from Jazzymyride, and it seems genuine (Yellow color liquid, not green!).

Guys, I know some may find it hard to believe but what I am writing is completely based on our several car ownership experiences of several lac kilometers.

Nothing beats the Amway Car Wash and Silicone Glaze(Polish)

Formula 1 is tough to find and even tougher to use.

To be very true, I never polished a car in my life(but washed and polished my motorcycle with nearly every brand) - but what I speak is the experience of my chauffy who has been doing so since the time I was born and my family cars are being washed with Amway products only since early 2000's.

I have seen that Amway products not only help keep your car paint shining for years, but are also very easy to use. Amway polish has no(read negligible) issues like deposits, time consuming etc like one can easily see in Formula 1 or other products.

All in all, I recommend any person who washes and waxes car himself to go for Amway Car Wash and Silicone Polish, I am sure you will be astonished to see the results of these fantastic products from Amway. Rest I need not to mention about how good quality products do Amway supply and how easy it is to get the genuine Amway products in market.

Best is to get the products via some Amway agent, easy on pocket and equally easily available they will be.

That's the worst part and only con.

But if you can find someone in your friend circle then its fine, I too have an uncle who has been a frequent supplier of Amway products to us. Else ebay is also selling Amway products as I sometimes buy them from ebay too.

Have been Using, Turtle Wax + Armoral Spray for fabric, Formula 1 (white liquid) for Dash board and other vinyl parts. So far getting Good results,

Thanks for suggestions. Have ordered - 3M car shampoo, Amway car wash , Sonax glass cleaner, microfiber cloths & glass cloth.

Now I need suggestions for wax. It's a new car, do I need to wait for sometime before waxing ? Also, has anyone used Amorall sponge or any other brand.

^^ although your car is new;initial swrill marks may started building ups.
First thing is Do not hand over your car to wash by watchman of society.
You may wipe your car daily by Jopasu duster which is very less harmful over new paint.
I am not expert but by my 2 yrs exp i can suggest you to use wipe on-buff type spray wax .
Optimum car wax is best. Keep one separate MF cloth only for wax buffing purpose.

HELP !! : , Recently some Kid in my Society made few scratches on my new Xcent :( it's Passion Red, so marks are visible, Scratches are not deep but, it's right there , just below the OVRM. any Idea how can that be dulled, if not cured. Does those PEN type "scratch remover" work ??

If it's not too deep, use a good Car Wax. My father recently borrowed a friend's i20 and on the bonnet there was some name written in scratches. I was not sure whether it happened when it was with us or was there already. Anyways, I just decided to wax the car as a token of appreciation, and most of the scratch was gone! So try a good quality car wax (I use Moto Max, but it's not the best).
