the logo on the grill is missing. i expected to see the grill to be at par with the lights. they have gone behind. it was looking as if the grill is missing.
logo on it may enhance the look.

overall car looks good

@spandy and @cooldaya, Actually I don't want C pillar to be visible.
thats what actual Sierra look - Whatever the thickness, i am planing to cover that with black sticker and complete glass with cool paper.

regarding the headlight, I liked that and also many liked that.

Mesh finish also looks nice if you see the car in real, I will fit the Emblem and take some snaps.

But yeah no one is satisfied with the glass work and that too with after charging too much.

What the feedback i got from my nearby is, paint and tinker work is nice.

But glass, liner and electrician work is not good.

And one bad news was, I met with one small accident while driving back. :( Left Side fender alone got damaged. Anyway that can be set right by my local tinker .

Asked ilango to sent me the paint. I have to sit with my local painter and finish it perfectly.

Having complete electrical checkup with my local electrician - have small small issues with electrical and AC.

I am not happy with liner work - specially with seat extension and interiors.
All interiors are coming out - :(
Need to find some liner here to set it right.

Dashboard still has got the same dull look. My mechanic is planning to do something for that - else planning to see for some good dashboard if available here.

Ride was nice - I drove almost 250Kms. But before 20kms my destination , I had that small accident. Just feeling bad for that :(
Indeed that was big accident - but since it was Sierra I got saved.

As a whole I am happy with what Tinker and Painter did. But not happy with other stuffs - :-(

So I need to spend extra money and time now.
May take another another week or 10 days work.

Car is in Hosur with my mechanic. Servicing power steering, changing Breather assembly and general mechanical checkup.

You cannot say like that
when I came from so long and gave it to you, it is that I handover everything to you.
I cannot followup on them sitting from Bangalore, If that was the case I could have given here itself, though it was bit costly.

anyway hope you can hire right people in your future projects!

He did not do it well..if he planned it he could have done.

That has become one big drawback to my car now..

Moreover the doors are also not done well ..they are not fitting correctly nor aligned properly. Locks are working in weird way.

Actually I expect Ilango should set it right as part of his work. Don't know he did not respond to my complaints.

I can say he did not complete the work as expected..sorry to say that Ilango :(

Just for door I waited almost a year - :(

Now here I need to spend more from my pocket to set it right well.

Hmm overall transition has been excellent Ilango, from the old rusted doors to the new one.
Well any interior pic would be fine to see.

I liked the design.
Vehicle is KA05 [:)]

That's my RTO too...

Negative feed back improves our work. so dont be sorry here. Just speak your mind.

Sierra's make shift doors often need some alignment. Hope it was working right here. and yes , you are welcome anytime to my garage to align them.

Did i say no for that?


I didnt respond to your complaints?

the doors and frames were redone numerous times. alignment correction is not so difficult job that require to be done after some usage of the same.

Any mis alignment in lock make them work weird way.

hey ilango congrats buddy for completing sierra project but i dont like front and rear!! but side doors and paint colour is cool [thumbsup]
