Denso Compact Fullpower Tone, Made in Indonesia. Not so harsh, but loud enough.

New 3D mats

Sai Magwheels' Star Mat. Washable and cheap. 2.4k for set. Value for the money paid, comparing double the price paid for Kagu. Though not as thick and hard as them.

Driver side gets metal plate. Weaked point in Kagu, where it tends to wear and tear after some use.

Removed and moved it to clutch side. Most of the Kagu's I saw had damage in that side.

The torn bumper fixed. Was planning for new beat's bumper, but the paint shop guy fixed it so perfect. New bumper plus painting was close to 6k at ASC. Paid 10k for the painshop guy, who dented and painted all the panels except the bonnet and roof. Factory finish.

Broken mirror case. By the old reckless pulsar guy. It was brand new mirror. That part will fall off with slight impact and missing in most Beats. This time the adjustment mechanism was also damaged. Bought new one for 1.2k, duplicate one with convex mirror.

No need to remove door pad, thank to Chevy. Remove the flap.

First Paid Service Done at 22500 km/1.5 years.

To my surprise there was no oil change. Oil change only once every 15k km/1 year. Brake pads were done by now. Heard Beat pad life is pretty low and even lower with frequent use.

Late discovery. There was low fuel indicator, which glowed for the first time in all this 1.5 year.

SVC sprayed some glass cleaner, water is now beading and flowing sown freely. Easier to wipe now.

Very good DIY fog lamp installation. Due to odd screws position in all Chevrolet cars it is good to have that number plate bracket.

why don't you try the DTE diy on the beat's instrument cluster.

Forgot to mention. Insurance renewed. They tied up with some Magma HDI. Hearing them for the first time. Cost 11500. Lost NCB as claimed once.

True that. Particularly the rear ones are very odd. Gotta drill the plates through the digits and screw them.

why don't you try the DTE diy on the beat's instrument cluster.
DTE possible only with petrol ones, diesel cluster got some missing components.

Got from a numberplate shop here in Trivandrum.

I guess some one has already tried on Diesel too. I guess only the switch has to be soldered on. Why not give it a try by opening the console. [lol]
In some other forum, there was open image of diesel console, which had some resistor missing. So thought not worth trying.

Your D.I.Y. fog lamp and double horn installs are excellent. An excellent pictorial guide to all the guys who wanna try it.

I guess, you should try fitting a center arm rest also as DIY. I have been trying this by approaching various accessory shops here, but none is ready. If you could do it, please guide me as I require one very badly.
