Sometime back, I was an eye witness of an accident. An overspeeding TT hit an Alto from back. The signal changed from yellow to red and Alto driver was correct to apply brakes but the TT was driving at high speed and wanted Alto to break the signal too. He couldn't brake hard and hit the Alto from back. The front bumper guard of TT broke. Alto as expected got smashed from back. Glasses broken. Whole car became half in dent. Luckily no one was sitting at the rear otherwise could have been a fatal incident. Driver was shocked and crossed signal in his broken car. That gave TT driver chance and he escaped. Unfortunately we couldn't note down TT's number.

Now the question arises. Do we need rear cam also?

Hit and run is quite common in our country as it is very difficult to trace the suspect. My next dash cam will definitely be a front/rear combo for sure.

This happened with me once and that too on ghat roads. The tanker came straight in my lane at a blind turn. I need to get off the road for a moment. Thank god !! That road was having a uneven shoulder !!

This fella was reversing on a highway, fully loaded with trucks and speeding cars. For a moment, I thought he was on the wrong side of the road. I would have uploaded the original audio if not for my not-so-nice words .

Its now a days becoming common site. I have spotted people travelling on two wheeler along with family
