@AppuU - The issue in Vista is that the intercooler can get damaged quite easily. It's to close to the bumper and there's nothing that can protect the intercooler. Will be interesting to see if this is the case in the 2012 models and in Vista D90.

Glad to know that your father is safe.

Looks like it is a strong hit.

You may have a pay around Rs 5000 (may go up to 8000 or more depending on the insurance company).

could be,Once every thing has completed, then only we came to know about the exact amount to pay.

Guys,

Just came to know from my Dad, that Bonnet was not replaced due to minor damage on Bonnet. So, they have done the tinkering work and painted to White. My dad forgot to inform the same to me for the past two days.

Expecting the Delivery by Today evening or by Tomorrow Afternoon[:)], Will update the things happened, once I received my car[;)]

Got my Vista registered. It shows body type as "Sedan"

Is it the same for Vista owners out here? Why is it Sedan?

Hmm[surprise], I have to check this with my B-I-L there

I checked it just now and found it is written as "Sedan", I really do not have a clue, is RTA took that advertisement caption " sedan class" or what[lol] or it is because of its length or something

Guys,

TASS guys done a excellent work on my Vista. Really appreciate there work.

As bonnet got minimal damage they done some tinkering work and painted it.

The paint quality is equal to company paint and Whity is back to normal[clap].


Due to tight schedule in my office, unable to update the full details of the work done . Will update the same very soon.

In pic nos, 1,2,3, there is a slight bend seen on the number plate, what is it ??

The same is not visible on the last pic

Number plate was not there on the first three pics.

I'm not able to notice any difference. May be the angle of the photo makes the magic.

Excellent paint work! That looks like a dent though as observed by @Gurrala74
