yes.. your words are true, In Vista I'm feeling more confidence, power and comfort when compare to my V2.

1. ORVM, yes.. in my Indica, I got wide view of the road, but in Vista ORVM is very small.
2. Stock speakers are average. needs to improve the speakers with good effect.

Other than the above mentioned points I not felt anything to Improve. may be in future I can findout something.

Thanks for the prompt reply dear Appu, that's nice to hear about your Vista, anyway you are satisfied a lot and i can say that it's really for the people to travel comfortably, even today i like to travel in Indica V2 as they feel sturdy and comfortable.

So far Whitey completed 7,300Kms in 4 months.[:)]

If my dad wants to go out of city, he uses Whitey otherwise he loves his beloved Supersplendor.

Mostly Dad uses whitey to go temples, shopping and relations home around Vellore with my Mom & Sister.

4 months, 7700 kms... Any issues with the suspension. I heard lots of suspension issues with old vista. Does new vista has any issues? How is the service experience? Any electrical problems? I love vista and wants to know whether the issues are solved in the new vista??

Suspension Issues[roll]

So far I've not faced any issue with suspension. I can say suspension is best in Vista. Even in worst roads also Vista's suspension doing its job to its best.

For Electricals.. except Headlight misalignment, I not faced any issues with Electrical items. we used Black Indica DLS for 6yrs. in that also I not faced any issues with electricals.

Guys,

Yesterday I've installed Autocop Security system with 3years warranty on the OEM key in Vellore Mahavir car decors.

Without changing any thing in OEM, a autocop was kit just added with siren.

Kit costs: Rs.2800
Installation charge:Rs.300
Time taken to install : 45Mins.

Total cost : Rs.3100

Now I'm locking my car with a single beep sound & unlock with double beep sound and while using reverse gear I'm getting the sound from siren with all the indicators ON[:D]

AppU, I guess your car came with central locking rite ? But why did you get an autocop ? You could also get the auto rollup module for the power windows.

Yes, Varun. Vista VX comes with central locking with remote in the Key itself.But, No alarm was there.

after locking in remote, If we open with Key, the car will open & won't produce any sound or Alarm.So I felt lack of security while paking in market or somewhere.

so I installed Autocop security system, If we open the car without using remote the siren will start to shout. As I used those stuff in my Blacky, I needed the same stuff in my Whitey also. And while locking a single beep sound will occur & while unlocking double beep will occur. While taking reverse also the siren produce reverse sound with all the indicators ON.

Also planned to Install Auto roll up for power windows by next month.

Your Autocop works on the OEM remote on the key or do you have another remote supplied by Autocop?

When I inquired earlier, they said I will have to use the remote that they will provide.

During the last week of Aug. there was a heavy rain in vellore. Now a days also at midnight rain striking Vellore.

BTW, I went to VIT to visit my friend Dinesh . Who attended our TAI meet along with me.

I installed the security system on the OEM key of my Vista. Even in GP road at Chennai also i enquired so many shops to install the security system on OEM key. But, everyone told that is impossible except Mahavir car decor at GP road. While installing seat covers I confirmed that he is the only person installing that one. Then he said his cousin having shop at Vellore in the same name. So before going to Vellore shop,I once again confirmed that Vellore guy can able to do that one. He assured the same.

So Installed the security system on OEM key without any problem:-)

Is this shop in Vellore anywhere near the Bangalore - Chennai highway? If so, what time do they open? Going to GP road in Chennai will be a pain for me.

I, too, would like to install the kit. Will give me peace of mind when I travel outstation.

Yes, the shop is very near to NH..it is located in Old Bypass road. The total work will take maximum 30mins. The shop will be open from morning 10am to 8pm.

If you want to install let me know the date and time of your arrival. I'll check with that shop guy. If you plan on Sat or Sunday. I can able to meet you in Vellore .
