Yesterday I left my Whitey for her second service. Before leaving my home I tried to connect the Bluetooth to make a call.
This was my second time I'm connecting with Bluetooth after buying.
But, I can hear the voice of my friend but he not received my voice, I even tried 2-3 times but no use. So I call to some other friends they are also not heared
my voice. So, during the service I thought to check that one.
I left my Vista at 10:15am, I mentioned the Bluetooth issue. SE said he will check & rectify the problem. He said the problem may due to loose connection of Mic.
I don't find any issues in Vista to mention to them. So, I left my Whitey & went to home.
Around 4:00Pm I received a call from Vijay Sales corp. & the SE said the car was ready. I reached there around 5:00Pm.
Then I came to know the Mic was replaced with a new one, and then also it has not worked.
Then I had a word with SE, he said me to come another day with car, so that they will check all parts with the help of Demo Vista parts. Once they Identified the problem with a particular spare they will replace that spare.
So I thought to do the same by next week & they quoted Rs.350 for wheel alignment. I paid the amount meanwhile they provided the Feedback form.I filled that form & I gave 8 marks for those common questions, but for one question "All the problems are rectified?" for that question gave 6 Marks.
I thought they will call after one or two days. But, to my surprise another SE came to me with that feedback form and asked which problem was not rectified,
I mentioned the Bluetooth issue. Then he called my SE & asked the status, my SE told the whole story, than I asked him, what they have done from the morning, once the
Problem was not rectified they need to find the root cause for the fault. Then the Another SE asked me to meet work people Manager. So I went to him & mentioned the issue.
Immediately he called a Electrician & brought my car from Ground floor to first floor. The Manger asked my permission to remove the whole set i.e. Music player, Mic & wires.
So that he can replace or check the defected fault. I said Ok, So he ordered the Electricians to remove the whole set. Electricians checked the wires & removed Music player very carefully and the Manager assured he will return in week or before that once the problem rectified.
I heared the TASS is not giving proper response to customers, but In my case they are very friendly & they are responding to customer words instantly.
Finally I went to home without Music system. Hope the proplem will rectify soon.
