Well that is herd mentality at its best. Now, we have got the mantra for sales in India. Do what ever you can but let the car have a bumper opening. More bookings will follow.

Btw did you feel any improvement in refinement and performance of your car compared to the test drive car? I'm asking this because the TD cars are usually pre-production cars and they will be driven hard by different drivers. Also, how is the highway performance?

Do download the TSMC app on your android phone. All the details of your car should be there along with AMC, Ext warranty your sevice details everything.

I had booked a WagonR (top end with (O) pack) previously.
Then I sat in a Tiago (just sat, didn't even take a TD). The next morning I cancelled my booking for WagonR and booked a Tiago XZ.
Just sitting inside the Tiago makes you feel great (I'm comparing to WagonR) and secondly it's costing me ~25K more than WagonR.

I've been reading a lot opinions about the AC and I want to share my experience - I've been in a TD vehicle twice, and didn't find any issues with the AC. It's chilling. And yes, the blower does make sound but its definitely not a downer :)

I had a doubt regarding the AMC and the extended warranty - why do I need it if we already have a warranty by TATA for 1st year. Can we purchase if after 1 year ???

I dont think AMC can be purchased in the second year. I guesss upto a certain time before the first Service you can buy AMC. Extended warranty however I believe can be purchased. but before the existing one expires.

Me and my wife are pretty much in love with the car and would like to make it our first car but one of my close friend told a lot negative about the vibration issue and to choose grand i10 or Xcent over tiago.

I have learnt driving from a driving school fairly recently and not so confident to drive on the road. Hence, I am hesistant on taking a TD as there is always a risk of damaging the TD vehicle if I could not control it.

Any mates who can comment on the Vibration part would be helpful .

@anandfbd don't go as per hearsay, take a TD with more than 2/3 dealers, with a different experienced friend/relative, you will not regret, also let the OP pour in his opinion.
