Hyderabad launch is on 15th January. Concorde motors started taking the bookings from today. Just booked one and the sales guy told me that I am the first one in Hyderabad to book this beast

Spotted a newly delivered storme in pune, In the night, it looks like this on my mobile.

Just heard from SA that Its first invoice and delivery in MH, boy!!! its Urban Bronze, s.

Yes , Sanjay your is first urban bronze delivered in pune.white one was delivered in month of october.

Reason is simple, train comes equipped with pantry and hawkers and storme doesn't.So sweets from me and gift from raja on behalf of TAI to the illequiped storme

I am surprised at the steller buzz that Storme has created in the net world and where ever Tata has launched it.While Tata hasn't launched it across India yet,and they have not started showing any TV ADS as of yet!!

TATA knew that true auto enthusiasts are getting storme updates on TAI and other forums since long back, and, they are awaiting the storme inspite of competition models already at display.

So they might be afraid of decrese sales of old Safari and Aria by laymen buyers.If advt. comes on TV ,the old safari buyers were likely to hold on the purchase till storme comes for display and TD.hence no advts on TV, IMO.

Even though based upon all the reports until now,its looks like Storme is heading towards right direction,but still Tata should continue to improve it.

Here is my wishlist for what more they may do to make this into further complete package:



1. First of all for GODs sake launch 4x4 option in lower variants,what sense does it make to call it a real SUV and then confining the 4x4 option only for the highest variant.


2. A top of the line ZX variant which should have all the features like Aria Pride: available in 4x2/4x4 models at around ~14 to 15 lakhs ex-showroom INR.


3. A 6 speed Automatic variant like Aria A/T.


4. A 6 speed manual gearbox.


5. And finally a 3000 cc/ 200 bhp engine that should produce atleast 500 NM torque.

This variant should give good fight to the likes of Pajero,Fortuner,Rexton and Endeavour.

which color did you book and which model?

VX 4X4. There was no option to select color until the vehicle is launched.

It's raining stormes here..
Congratzzzz every one who got the delivery as well as those who booked the REFINED BEAST
It seems TML saving money in the ad & marketing front.
@ XOVER;
As per the earlier product launches from TML those 6 speed auto/manual will not come soon
in Storme. TML is such a company that when they have good products they don't try to improve it rather than having cosmetic upgrades as well as feature list. I must say they are so lazy in these things. Now they try to sell the storme for next 5 years without engine/transmission upgrades. When the sales come down they start thinking how to revive it but by that time new products will emerge as market leaders...
Hope it will not happen in case of the STORME

1) well Mr.Xover , do you want us to sell (sale) old safari @40% discount? If no, then what is your plan of action for it?

As all of you know , we have habit of launching limited edition s, facelifts.

guys here are pictures of sanjaysg storme we had great fun .

really appreciate that he all the way came from pune with his not even 1 day old storme to just meet .

We also spoke to Gurralla on the phone .

i did drive it , dharmesh saw it for the first time ever in real and drove it too and his wife also did drove it . ( dharmesh will be updating his views and his wifes views soon )

Nice pictures Raja, Lumia did great job of capturing those images but I thinkg editing was overly done. BTW, which model is that? 4x2/4x4?
