@Akash1886 now that you have seen this car upclose, I bet you must have seen the crystal a well, how can you compare both interns of luxurious feel exuded by each of them? does the car look premium and is it worth the money it is rumored to be priced at? Pics don't do justice its only when you look in person you can get the sense of premium ness.
To be honest, not just as a customer of TML but as a enthusiast, I must add that the SUV is superbly styled. Both the front and rear profile look smart. Individually, Harrier's interiors are neatly done and look pleasing. The fit and finish is definitely notches above all TML cars till date but could have been still better if compared to likes of Crysta. One thing is there i.e the Space. The cabin looked very roomy and spacious. Since the Variant I saw was top end so it was well loaded with the features. GC wise as I know, the Harrier is lower than Nexon by 4mm. The Black plastic parts used in door panels from inside can be still better. Seats and Legroom too looked good to me. Comparing Crysta and Harrier, I would say, Crysta would still be unaffected because of the 7 seat option, the long term existence in the market of the brand "Innova" and the thing that can really make the difference for Harrier now is the Pricing & Consistently Good After Sales. The biggest factor that might hinder the sales initially for Harrier will be the lack of AT. I just hope, all goes well for the Harrier because I am really looking forward to having it in my garage. One more thing, I wish, TML does not start to remove the features from the Harrier soon after the launch because recently it has been noted that TML has remove some features from cars in it's lineup.

I felt crysta felt slightly more premium compared to Hexa probably the brown/tan leather seats made itlook premium. Hence wanted to check with you on that. What were your impression on the car. Now I want to know from non Tata fan view. Would you want to plonk those big 20 on this one or you would settle with some thing lowly, Creta or stretch to compass or move to the XUV/Hexa?
Hexa has been great effort from TML but ya at some places Crysta had the edge i.e in terms of in-cabin aesthetics but having closely checked out Hexa, I must say it is VFM. Now, being a customer, to add Harrier to my garage, I will put my bet on XT. I won't need 4x4 stuff and few other goodies. Compared to the others like Creta & Compass, I would say, Harrier by miles looks much more feature loaded, spacious and contemporary. Not to forget, the JLR platform is in it's DNA and lastly, XUV Vs Harrier, I must say, Harrier looks more modern to me. In Hexa Vs Harrier, I'll say Harrier even though my mom loved Hexa for the simple fact that I don't need a 7 seater yet. XT Harrier serves my purpose. Hexa down the line will most likely be moved to fleet and H7X shall take it's place as I think.

Its now a norm to have segment first features to disrupt the market. Harrier fails on that front and not even matching the existing feature list of competitors, Sales representatives will have a tough time repeating JLR pedigree, JBL etc for a fruitful conversation with the customer.

Visited Harrier's preview at St.Joseph college grounds today, here are some observations:

- This is a big car, TATA's statement of bringing down a Rs. 20lakh Land Rover has become a reality.
- Massive road presence, those LED DRLs and front is intimidating and is surely tall.
- Sturdy build quality yet some places plastic was loose which wasn't much to notice.
- Light clutch, neatly laid engine bay, massive boot space and 6 airbags for XZ.
- Driver's cockpit is well equipped, seat height and view are sharp(bonnet is easily visible).
- Interiors, seat comfort, leather quality, leg room were great.
- 2 cars were displayed, both had around 1700-2000kms on ODO.
- TD vehicles from 19th Jan'19. No AT options as of now nor petrol(BS6 rules churning).

Some turn-offs:
- Boring wheel design and puny looking wheel size.
- Poor choices for colors, no red/blue/black,etc.
- Rear seats are a little reclined already for my liking.
- No rear disc-brakes for a car at ~ 2400kg(but TM folks said like LR, they compensated with electronic-safety like CSC,TCS,etc)

Very un-organized and mis-managed event. "Indian virus" has spoiled experience of many potential customers: Hurried explanations, many ladies turned high volume unnecessarily while conversing, kids standing on seats, hustle for driver's seat saying "You don't know who i am?", no token system, some morons comparing with Creta's "Awesome" standards and fought for 30mins with Prerna motor's sales head, the list goes on.

Tata Motors should start airing the TV ads since the launch is barely a month away. New Tiago XZ+ ad felt super cool, creates an instant connect with the younger audience clearly stating the new features with a relatively good story line. Also the usage of two different shades (Red for boys and new blue for girls) spiced up the appeal. Hope TML will come up with some interesting ads with some great story lines like the erstwhile Safari ads for their new baby as well.[thumbswink]

Meanwhile here is a poll going on for the most beautiful car in India ever.
