On safety the car has been crash tested for over 300 times. Though no gncap scores are available Tata seems to have put in great efforts in safety. I am sure this car is going to get a fantastic safety rating.

Even the base variant is pretty loaded. Has ABS EBD, 2 AIR BAGS, projector headlamps, 7 inch display

Thanks everyone for the excellent photos both inside and out. Those interiors are amazing so plush and upmarket, I especially like the parking brake design.

What is this 8 way adjustable seats! lumbar support?

Also note, Eco mode and Sport mode button on the dashboard below the infotainment screen. So the cars standard mode is City mode. Plus the rotary knob for normal, wet and rough road setting. So the Engine has 27 different mapping?

Thanks Nair Sahab and others for the updates.
XE is adequately loaded, but for the music system (aftermarket between 10/15k including speakers for floating type), VFM would be XM and XT.

Though the prices officially announced, let's hope Tata spring a surprise, and my wild guess would be 13/14L to 19/20L on road.

Now waiting for the reviews and videos, as I was pretty impressed by the sand dune bashing one of the pictures showed.

Can I suggest some one who is good at photoshop, can blacken the depressed portion of the 5 spoke alloy will give it a Petal like look which we have seen on the test mule and suddenly the harrier will look much more smashing.

Check the 35th Photo at RushLane. The ODO is in 6 digits, reading something 256449. I could not find any other image with such high ODO, not sure from where RushLane got it. Searched Twitter with given hashtags, did not find anything. I do not have Instagram account, so could not search there.

This might be the one provided by TML. Couldn't find any other case for such an odo meter reading for these test drive cars.

That is from test mules, the ones which we have seen in camo

If you see the pic was taken while driving. car in 5th gear, RPM around 2000 and Speed 80kmph. and car in cruise control mode and must be driven at night. (See the headlight indicator at high beam and time 9.32pm). So indeed they have thoroughly tested these cars.

So after the dust settled what we have is the Tata's 5 seater Premium SUV without required features like AT & 4WD.
4WD is not must have option but AT(?), that is the most IMP aspect of buying SUV like H A R R I E R (which is bigger than XUV5OO) in big cities.
Bit of disappointment for me as no Automatic is available. I hope many will still buy it with what it have. It's funny to see not a single comment from any TAI user that I want to buy #UnsafeXUV5OO after pricing is disclosed.
I feel like suddenly #UnsafeXUV5OO became VFM after the launch of H A R R I E R. Here I am trying to think the way what AAM JANATA will think. They will look for more features in #UnsafeXUV5OO where H A R R I E R will loose on features like Powered Driver Seat, Automatic Gearbox and Sunroof etc.

With current GA-GA going with #UnsafeXUV5OO Airbag issue I started hating Mahindra but our AAM JANATA don't know anything about it which gives upper hand to #UnsafeXUV5OO over properly designed H A R R I E R.

For me few questions are still unanswered, Why a big company like TML can't produce their own engines? Why they cannot find a good Automatic Gearbox for H A R R I E R? When TML will learn from their mistakes?

Let’s hope H A R R I E R will collect good sales after launch and KUDOS to TML for again producing same as Concept model for production version.

totally agree with you. If TML price the HARRIER in XUV range or above, AAM JANATA will definitely pick the XUV instead of harrier [think]
