Eh,every night she gets one bowl filled with half liter of full cream milk which is bought specially for her only.
I hope the chilled milk will not cause any problems.

An yes,slowly she has learnt riding the car too,now she keeps her claws in limits and hence doesn't cause any problem to the interiors too.Just open the door or even window and she enters the car and many times sit on my lap while I drive.

@350Z:Buddy please don't mind,but as much I know,the complete life span of a dog is about 10 only.

Average life of smaller dogs is more than 10 Years as far as I know. Anyways, life expectancy is a topic that cannot be debated whether it’s about humans or animals.

+100 to that. We had a doberman and he was 12 when he died and that too because he jumped of the roof.

my nani had a pomeranian and he died at the age of 14 or 15.

So that's right we cannot debate on their life expectancy.

Oh, did he commit suicide ?? [confused] Please don't mind.
We too had a dog, & though he was (no more now) intelligent, he went in under-construction building & fell off from 2nd floor. Had his hand fractured, but recovered. Later developed internal probs & died, perhaps due to food poisoning. [sad]

@ Vipul,

Seems you gave good day biscuit to your cat. Sugar/glucose biscuits are big no for cats. They become bald & may develop diabetes. Infact, one of our cat in our previous house used to eat farsan, bhutta (corn) & samosa too. [lol]
If you want to give biscuit, that too rarely, you can give marie light biscuits.

For good health of cat, give cows skimmed milk & do not forget to give chapati too. You can apply a bit of ghee to it so that cat eats it in giffy.

hey all, we have one prince at home with parents named as Lucky Singh(dog).He is naughty and very cute. My parents take care him like anything and he used to keep them busy.

In past, we had the most adorable member in my family named as Jacky. I got him when I was in class 5th (25 Dec 1992), my bro was only 20 days old. In one day he replaced me as most adorable kid with his affection. My sis, dad and mom used to love him so much that I used to feel jealous but at same time he was my playmate and like younger bro.
He passed in my arm on 5th June 2005, once I completed B.E. Till now that's most sad day of my life.But his memories are still with us.

Sometime I feel not to have any pet coz it no longer remains an animal but a part of family. Some of my close people even have small beds & pillows in their dog house. One fellow has installed split-AC in it.

forgot to update the thread. After Speedy's death in May, I went to India for 2 months. After I came back, I made sure I had to get another Speedy. So I did and went got myself another hamster on 15th August,2012 and he was already 3 months old.

some changes I see between Speedy2(thats what I call him) and Speedy is that Speedy2 is more lazy and relaxed that Speedy. Speedy2 likes to sleep more. :P

This is because speedy2 is more focussed on FE rather than 0-100. [lol]

just came across this thread right now at 2AM at night and could'nt stop myself from putting up the pics of my own pets. One is a miniature pomeranian named SIMBA. He is 12 and half years old. Got him on my birthday in August 2000 when he was just around 20days.

The second one is a Pug named VODA Unfortunately we lost him this year in july as he died of a respiratory disease. He was close to 4years now.

Both your dogs are beautiful , and your pug had impressive creases on its face , very rare this days to find a pug with such impressive creases its a sign of very nice pedigree .
