Its a regular meet. But the specialty of this meet are

  • It is a special time/day together we put. 08:09:10 (time) 11/12/13 (date) if you read it all come in sequence as 08 09 10 11 12 13.
  • Another is, till date we used to have meets at different cities at different dates in different times. But being this as a special day we are planing to meet at the same time and same date, but in different cities.
  • We try to catch-up with each other thru Google hangout.
  • So more or less it is going to be all India TAI meet.
  • Minimum no of the person in a meet is minimum 2. (just to make sure to have fun)

Hope you got the importance of this meet.

Actually am going to skip my Big Boss's daughter's wedding reception is planed for the same day in the evening or I might go early (say by 6.30 types) show my face and come to the meet.

Ensure that you are part of Chennai meet on that day and be assured that a meet will be going on in Hyderabad too, tell us more about how to connect to each other preferably with live video[:)]

Hi Bangalore TAIgers,

I'm game for the meet. Will surely make it but as Varun said it will depend on the work load of the day. Since it is Dec end there is actually not much now so this should continue unless any major issues comes.

Yes sir. I might even skip the wedding reception if necessary. We are planning to meet at Ajay's (BikerBoy) residence hence it is gated community (assuming he has got his wife's permission already).

So 100% am there.

We are going to connect thru Google hangout. The following are required to make it possible.

  • Google account (which we can share thru PMs)
  • Laptop with webcam and mic (since we are planing to be in open space, I suggest laptop. No problem if it is desktop also)
  • Good lighting
  • Finally, nice food/snacks etc (everyone will bring one items, by that way, it will be fun)

Have I Missed any thing guys.

I'm not confirming my presence, this month (Busiest for US Markets) for me is more hectic than any,for that matter just became worst except for weekends, so any weekend until 21st Dec I'm down.

@Sethu - We may buy something rather than cooking at home (Me and Wifey are bad at cooking). Let's confirm the count before we plan for the food. Worst case, We have lot of restaurants that can door deliver. Let me know if I should be making any specific arrangements?

Ajay, pls I never expected you and your wife to do cooking. Its a meet then what is the point in you go into kitchen (even at home if there is any gatherings either I like to cook and keep it ready or order outside).

Personally I dont mind even to go into some small size hotel (there could be lots and lots of such hotels) for dinner.

Iam for anything.

First we need counts.

I dont know what is happening in other cities. I think, only chennai, bangalore, Hyderabd, pune, mumbai and delhi are talking about this. Only 6 cities in TAI?

That is great sir. Actually Bangalore meet preparation misses the youngest member of it. Now you are in. Pls gear-up the meet planning sir.

We have only 2 days more.

Today am planing to PM all members. (actually it is kind of time consuming process)

Install google video call software. Just try to call any friends from your gmail id ! If you had installed it will connect to the other person ! If you hav not yet installed it , it will start the installation process, its quite natural process , as every installation.
Best thing i suggest is " If you have android or iphone , Download the app hangouts.
Enter your gmail id ! And we can easily have a video chat. Im using hangouts in my iphone its quite good !
