Oh!. I got excited thinking one more TAI-ian from KL got a Blue beauty .

Okie. Guralla, Ajith, Varun, Raja, Visran and all who ever participated and suggested the destinations. Here we are finalysing the destination.

If this is decided and the dates too, then we will alter our thread name to " Inter Region meet - Chickmaglur-25-26th'Jan'2013 " what do you say !

But after this we might require lots and lots of help from our KA TAIians since I do not know anything about that area/stay/routes etc etc.

Yup we can collect info about places to stay and POIs in and around Chickmagalur.

Chickmagalur route is flexible to reach from Bangalore, so if this is decided, then someone should take the initiative of booking for an accommodation (Maybe dormitories would work-out)

Don't worry about the places, many of us Bangaloreans have enough knowledge about the places there, anyway, our primary concern is for the meet with members to happen.

We should collect info first. Then we need an approximate number of members to join us. Dormitories is kind of hall with beds?

Don't worry about the places, many of us Bangaloreans have enough knowledge about the places there, anyway, our primary concern is for the meet with members to happen.

That would be great. If possible I request all bangaloreans to share thier knowledge/experiences so that other members will have some idea about it..

Yes Sethu Sir, Dorms are halls with Beds.
This place has plenty of Cottages, Homestays which can easily take in pretty big crowds.

Accommodation depends on numbers and who should have options too, though it is for one night it should be comfortable.

All our Bangalore friends still seems to be in the flood of excitement of mini Bangalore meet, I expect them to come out and get on to this thread

A couple of months back I went to Wayanad through Nagarhole. There one patch of road for about a 2km or so, where I literally could get out and walk faster and every single part of the under carriage of my car hit .

@Surendar. Bro place and dates are fixed. Chickmagalur, dates are through 24th-27th of Jan.

MH guy is not sure which state he would be in at that time, which is why not commiting anything. However after viewing the pics of Bangalore meet, i cant wait to meet you guys.

I would suggest someone to take up the job of co-ordinating the guys from West.
