That indiatimes thing look to me good, but I need to think of the delivery time. If I get it for same price in any regular store then I will go for it.

I moved from 2.6" Samsung B5772 to 5" Dell streak on one fine afternoon. My wife got a HTC Explorer 3" bought @ 7K

Initially people were looking me carrying a big 5" display. Now same guys are carrying 5.5" Galaxy note s2.

Who ever had s2, they liked s3. Who ever had Note1, they are wishing/going for s2. Not just because of the feature, mostly because of the screen size.

Initially Dell Streak felt too big for me. Later i started using more and more. I found it was serving all my purpose. Reading word/pdf documents when i am not near my pc/lappy. Go online and read webpages while on bed.

Typing on a touchscreen phone is not a fun. If you have a bigger screen, you get to swype/type better (i love swype).

Now i have a custom ROM from XDA . I have offline sygic maps installed. Now i got a fully 5" navigation device. When ever i use her phone (for browsing) i feel it is very small and keep scrolling.

As someone pointed out, you get bigger letters and your eyes wont be stressed out. But the amount you read on screen is very limited. To read this post, you end up scrolling on a lot !

If you have 4" or better screen, You can use many more things than just a phone. You just go to any showroom and feel holding it. I wont suggest any karbon / micromax as i do not know the quality of it.

You will never repent on having a 4" or 4.3" screen.
I know windows 8 store also got many apps. But definitely not like the 'android play store' offer.

I am not at all worried about the photo/video quality.

You will see a big difference between 2.8 and 3. Same with 3 and 3.2". There is a difference.

I will definitely suggest to check and compare 4" and 3.8" from store (try using the touch keyboard). Because, you will feel the actual difference by experiencing than seeing on this screen.

Just if you go few pages back, you will see my requirements, hence the selection of this windows phone.

I read your requirement on first page. Reading TAI /replying. I wont suggest few LG Models as the price drop is too much for new phones. Please check the flipkart reviews on few models.

I bought it for 17.5K from local market and I can say its best android set under 20K. ICS is not problem at all on L9 its butter smooth thanks to LG's Optimus UI 3.0
