Dear Friends I have used Samsung Galaxy 2 for more than one and half years. Its really a nice phone to have. Recently I got a nice phone which was recomemded by my Friend, this phone is RS 14 k with Latest Android having
1. 1 GB RAM ( Samsung s 2 has 1 GB RAM)
2. 5" IPS screen ( Very nice and bright DIsplay)
3. Very Good color and high Pixel Picture.
4. 8 MP rear camera and 5MP ( Yes its 5 MP front camera for Video calling)
5. 2550 MH battery which can run phone for whole day for medium user it will last for 1.5 day.
6. It has 1.2 GH duel core processor ( Smooth touch and application running)
7. It can record HD 720@30 Frame/sec video.( Samsung can recod 1080 Full HD).
8. It has 16GM internal memory ( Galaxy S2 has the same memory i.e 16GB)
I am using this Phone for last one week. SPICE Mi-530. Its very ambitious phone from Spice.

Very good config buddy !!, but just try and see all these phones from MMX,LAVA,Celkon,Spice mainly fail on long term durability or reliability and always have very high SAR value. This spice phone has 1.62 and it always better to use a phone with 0.5 to 0.6 and not exceeding 1. This is a different subject all together and if you want to know more about the importance of SAR you can search on the web and plenty of information available there.
About long term durability or reliability most of these phones do not work properly after 6 months of usage a touch screen problem, a battery problem or a OS problem most of the times. just for example: I use a vintage mobile samsung wave 525 since last one year and believe me it is with the same kind of performance either it is touch screen or camera or any other thing and it has fallen down from my hands for more than 50 times and you will never find a loose part any where the quality is really that good and nothing happened to phone. That looks to be wonderful offer. When we click on the link you can see the mobile offers where a menu is displayed with available models of samsung. So according to you which model I can try with this discounted price in samsung range given there

Very good config buddy !!, but just try and see all these phones from MMX,LAVA,Celkon,Spice mainly fail on long term durability or reliability and always have very high SAR value. This spice phone has 1.62 and it always better to use a phone with 0.5 to 0.6 and not exceeding 1. This is a different subject all together and if you want to know more about the importance of SAR you can search on the web and plenty of information available there.

I have just read a news that with this budget, if government recognise the mobiles under a special category of electronics, then there will be a tax reduction by 7 to 8% and the handsets will become cheaper by such percent. Honorable minister Mr.Kapil sibal has proposed this to government to consider
Ex: a 15000/- mobile will become 13800/- after that cut
So if some body want to buy a phone now can wait till the budget comes

only the finished products are being sold. 2 guys confirmed that it has been discontinued , no more stock comes.
also , the updates issue. other manufactures with same specs as of sony provides longer support.

I visited Sony center last week during my camera purchase, SOLA is still active their and still selling.

This is thread is not just the matter of buying a single mobile, it is the matter of discussion on mobiles and the technologies used, what is inside out. It is for learning lot of things about mobiles friends, Hope I have learned a lot about mobiles which I don't even know earlier, so my sincere thanks to all the members for their posts.
Now coming to the point of buying a mobile, it is not that big matter and it is not going to be a permanent device with me for life, Yes I will buy a phone very very soon and this thread helped me to understand about mobiles
More important is the thread will be really useful for the readers and new mobile phone buyers. It is an effort to make a thread on TAI means more meaningful and useful

Let me see what my dream is going to do for me either it is S3 or S3/2
Often we get irritated with such extended discussion for a simple thing either it is Rs.1000, or Rs.100000/- I always feel we should spend it in a sensible and VFM way, yes some times we fail to do so. I learnt this lesson after buying my Suzuki Sling shot without consulting any body and finally sold it in 1-1/2 years because of reasons like I never given a clear thought on what I need and then onward, I became bit more cautious I hope, but I do not regret for that as end of the day I will come happy with my spending. But I am helpless in this matter I am a budget buyer and if I found my decision is wrong after buying something then, I cannot go for a new one so quickly.
Sorry for OT and sorry for giving extended irritation to the members with my thread. But expect that you all will appreciate me for my final choice very soon
@Freek dude, Yes I agree there is a dedicated thread for Android Vs windows, but it is purely to discussion which OS, but not which mobile and also while buying a mobile apart from OS there are lot of other things and by posting them I do not want to spoil the thread, hence continuing my discussion here.
