1. How do I watermark the pics

For water marking there are lot of online tools. You can use a simple one called picmarkr.

Other wise you can download some SW to your local system and use.

third option is you can use windows paint for doing this task. One or two pics you can do this but not for bulk images. You can do that by following the tutorial
