Here's my detailed and exhaustive review of the new Triber.
It's a good car inside out with lots of surprises.
All that remains to see is pricing and real life performance.
Me and Arvind checked out the RXZ trim of the upcoming Renault Triber today. 2 Colors I saw i.e Blue and a Golden type one. Here are the exclusive pics of the same for T.A.I
I checked out this thing at a dealership nearby. (Just was standing there for other work).
The tyres are very small just like an auto rikshaw. It was looking odd. They should give at-least 185 or 205 Tyres for this thing. And they actually do in International markets. Approach angle is not good due to front lower lip. Rest I did not check much because basics have failed and I lost interest.
Great price, the only fly in the ointment is the kwid 1L engine, they should have deployed Datsun Go+ 1.2L here.
Happy to see 4 lugnuts, instead of 3 from kwid.
Just got back from the launch event. It was a nice event. The car looks like a great package, ticking all the right boxes. This coupled with a great price, I think it will make this car a success.

Akash,thanks for the pics.
You(or you friend) bent down to take pics of engine bottom and oil filter as well as the red donut tyre with speed limit.
One needs effort + an eye for detail for that.

Most welcome buddy. Actually, my 4BHK size physique doesn't allow me to bend as low so the underbody pics were taken by Arvind(my chauffeur). Staying with me and driving me to launches, he has also learnt a bit about cars and what all pics to be taken. I of-course guided him but the credit for the pics goes to him.
