Only on Weekends and holidays. and if any emergency.

No clear calculation anyway ...might be 600 KM/pm if no long drive involved (that too once in 2-3 times in a year).

The issue is Verito has no petrol TD Car.

I want to keep the car for long tear (10 years).

In petrol :

1> low investment
2> lower maintenance (not for Polo and Fabia)

con : Very high fuel cost and lower mileage

Diesel:

1> low fuel cost
2> high mileage

con:

1> high investment
2> high maintain cost
3> need to use daily(almost)

Result : I am totally confused!

basis,

The best option for you would be Dzire Vxi for notchback or new i20 for hatchback, both petrol. Doesn't make sense to own diesel if you gonna keep it for so long & running so low.

Thanks SClass & Raja,

I love Punto 1.3 and almost gone to book it but as I will go with leaseplan paying 19K for next 3 year and 1.7 L after completion and also have to stay in company for next 3 years ........ if I change the compani in between then I have to pay a lot.....

So thinking of i20 Magna Petrol wich comes on road 5.9 L

So my question is : how is the new i20? the maintain cost? the mileage?

Our member allhyundai will tell you in detail about Hyundai a.s.s and service cost ask him .
So far what I have heard is i20 has sterring rattling issues, and ineffective a.c.and their labour charges are high.
See why I suggested you a base model jaaz because it's petrol again it has all the features abs, airbags ,Ebd, music system, steering mounted controls amazing comfort, space and fuel efficient, reliable engine.
There are many ownership reports on tai were you will see how owners are extremely happy about it .
Mileage of i20 is not as great compared to Honda jaaz.
If you don't like jaaz.
Then see ford fiesta classic petrol.
Btw what is yir budget and how much extra can you stretch and how many people will be traveling in your car ?

Diesel car is not a right choice for when you are just going to travel 600kms every month .

Raja,

sorry for the delay in reply.

I will buy through LeasePlan. But due to some factors I donot want to go for anythinh more then 6.5L onroad.

i20 .I and my wify both donot like. But I kept it as option.
Punto 1.3 Active already selected. but if next month no discoumt and price hike (as per the dealer) then I have to deseletct it.
Interested in Verito G4 petrol but no TD car in bangalore!

Donot like Figo/Classic.

Jazz is over priced. 7.3+ L onroad in bangalore. That too no basic version.

So very confused.

How is Verito G4 Petrol?

@Basis,

I heard some good things about Verito G4 but I did not TD one so far.

about I20 whatever Raja has said is 100% correct as a Hyundai service center is my neighbor and I keep talking to the Works Head there.

In this scenario my call will be a Punto [clap]

Why you have to deselect it ??

As I am travelling from tomorrow till this sunday, I will be able to do the TD in next week only [:)] as even I was interested to do the TD. You do not have any Mahindra showroom near by ??

VERITO

Renault derived Diesel Engine is super cool, as per service center where I went for my Bolero service told me that they yet to fix any major issues in Logan/Verito since its launching. They sold almost 376 cars till today & all are touch wood.

About Petrol they clue less.[confused]

Basis by all means I would suggest the verito only if you are looking for diesel same with punto .
If your choice is petrol only why not try the Honda brio in your budget you can get easily the s- mt option model means with abs, airbags . It has beautiful engine and fun to drive car too .
I find no point in buying petrol punto . But if it's diesel close you'r eyes and buy the punto .
