Try car body polish. Apply it in a circular motion, leave it for a minute or more. Then wipe it with a clean cloth. It depends on how bad the scratch is. If it doesn't go, then I'm helpless ![[confused]](https://www.theautomotiveindia.com/forums/images/smilies/Confused.gif "Confused [confused]")

Or you can take help of 3M experts at their exclusive car detailing services or check with VW service center they have exclusive tie up with them.

hey did you try the 3M scratch removal? or any other car polish for the same?

Tried formula 1 scratch off..didnot work though :( every time I see those scratches I feel more irritated.
Yet to take it to the showroom.Lets see if they can do something.

Hi..PFA the remote lock pic.
The brand is "CrossLink Wheels". Came with a 2 year warranty and was approved by our showroom here. I got it installed from outside. I lost the manual so dont have the exact model number.

Hi all,
Gave my polo for monsoon check up at around 10.30 and the vehicle was ready by 2 PM.
Very smooth experience, they showed each and every check done and the car was shining when I got it back :) Got a full wash done and interior was also cleaned very well.
Very impressed with the quality of service and that too absolutely free of cost and hasslefree. Had to sign a few forms that the check is complete which took hardly 2 mins and I took my keys and drove back home with a smile!

Yes got an invite around 2 weeks back and also twice got a call from showroom to get my car. They also offered to fill Nitrogen in my tires but I had already got it filled with nitrogen when I got the wheel balancing done.

Since you guys are experienced and using it for a pretty long time please be free enough to advise
and most of my Friends are restricting me to get a vw since it doesnt have any free service (confirmed with the dealers ) and more over the maintenance cost is also too high.

If you can live with the high maintenance cost. Then there is nothing much to worry about the car. Its performs brilliantly!

Sorry guys have not logged in for ages now.Will be regular from now on.
Have ignored the scratches now as they are very minor.
Two updates to give.
1) Got fog lamps installed from outside.Will post pics soon.
2) Done with my first service,must say very satisfied.Detailed review on service will follow.
Good news is that they have increased the increased the front ground clearance for my Polo during service. The service guy mentioned something about the part which is included in the warranty and said this would increase the front ground clearance.
