Another one, This time it was two buses head on. Both the drivers along with some passengers were critically Injured. I managed to get the picture on the second day and the other bus was removed from the scene. The one that was removed suffered lesser damage.

Yes even i have seen the picture posted by Ilango in FB , looks like somebody dragged the bike for a distance and ran over it!


Jalex even here buses and tippers are the worst on road , just that they are not getting highlighted often.


A few months back an AC bus from a well known tourist operator down south , one of their buses fell down a bridge , the bus got fire and only one passenger and the driver escaped the tragedy. Since it was an AC coach there was no way for the passengers to get out. These private bus operators drive faster than cars during nights , roads here in TN are well laid so they will be cruising around 120kmph! I always leave way for these buses once i see them on my ORVM.

This is the best way to avoid these morons on highways. Even in case of any incident, first thing they do is to flee from the spot. Best policy is to give way for these fools and then drive in peace.

I think its a Bolero. You'll find a lot of such cars in the ASC's.

Yes avinash it's a bolero looking from the rear footstep, steering wheel says clearly its a bolero.

How did this happen Peter, any idea?
The innova has good aero dynamic body, how is this toppling?

I find it hard at times to believe that people actually go and manage to roll cars that have pretty decent handling. Sad

Yes i find it surprising to see an Innova toppled , it has better balance and control compared to Scorpio and Safari. Maybe the driver tried to negotiate a curve at high speed and the vehicle fell off the road and toppled.

It should be the stupidity of driver. If driven stupid, even the best of the best vehicle will topple. Forget about Innova, few days back read about Toyota Land Cruiser topple at a signal in Bangalore. Heard the driver was trying to make a turn in excess of 100 kms / hr and lost control.

Guessing just by looking at the picture, it would be hard to believe that all the occupants would have survived.
