Two youths — Nitesh (23), Sameem Khan (22) — were killed and four injured when a car and a mini truck collided near Naraingarh the NH-72 this morning. The injured youths— Amir Khan, Raheem Khan, Jahangir and Abdul— were referred to the PGI, Chandigarh.

One person died and two others were critically injured at Nainital in Uttarakhand, while making a video as they were driving on the hilly road. On Wednesday, the three were on their way to a popular tourist spot, from Nainital to Kaladungi. All three were in their mid-20s.

Major accident in coimbatore today.

As per local report, accident occurred at sundarapuram which is at coimbatore to pollachi highway, just 5km from coimbatore.

AUDI car coming from pollachi towards coimbatore. which was over speed rams on public standing at roadside and also rams an auto. KILLING 6 ON SPOT.

local says that audi driver was drunken and also very high speed cant able to control.
6people died on spot, local says that this accident happened around 10AM, if it happened at 8 or 9 AM it would caused more death rate as 8 to 9 was peak hour and lot of crowd,

Bike accident in Palarivattam, Kerala

Careless driving by the women, bike rider killed on the spot.
The case has been initiated to cancel the woman's licenses.

The police registered a case against the driver after the accident, which resulted in careless driving and hit the biker in Muvangalang Junction on Kurukilangadu Vaikom road. Police have registered a case of murder against Mizi Ignaciacea. She was arrested and released on bail.

It's debatable on who is at fault here. In general, whoever hits from the back is at fault, the truck driver in this case. Also note there is no lane marking on the road.

I have informed the nexon driver that ideally both are at fault as nexon was at the blind spot for the truck driver and tried to squeeze in front of him and while truck driver was avoiding another truck towards his right moved left and he did break to avoid the collision but banged as nexon too slowed at the same time. Spoke to driver on phone after sharing the video as I was in a hurry and left after giving him my phone number.

Sure Prabhakar will update in accidents instead of dashcam review.

Nice job Abdul by sharing the video immediately with the owner, atleast he will come to know whose mistake it was.
I think it would have been a smooth lane change had the nexon dint slow down right in front of the Trucks path.

Tata Nexon accident caught from my dashcam in Bangalore.

Good Job It was slow speed nudge thankfully and as I can see there is just a small ding on rear right wheel arc of Nexon @ 0:39. Hope the Nexon driver would be careful from next time. As pointed above, if the nexon would have passed through, nothing would have happened.

Man burnt to death as car catches fire in Delhi's Ambedkar Nagar - Watch

NEW DELHI: In a tragic incident, a man was charred to death after the car in which he was travelling caught fire near Delhi's Ambedkar Nagar locality in the wee hours of Saturday.

Delhi Fire Service received an anonymous call around 1:50 am informing them about the fire.

The officials said that the vehicle was reduced to ashes when they reached the spot.

The team investigating the incident assumes that collision with another speeding vehicle might be the cause for the fire. The team added that the deceased was carrying bundles of paper with him for supply.

Further investigation is underway.

Volkswagen Vento slides under a Renault Duster after a truck fails to brake – Video

A serious accident took place on the Katraj Kondhwa bypass at 11 am on Tuesday morning. A trailer, loaded with iron plates was on its way to the Khadi Machine Chowk from Katraj when the driver apparently lost control of the vehicle. Though no one was injured in the four vehicle pileup, several vehicles were damaged and traffic at that busy chowk was halted for 90 minutes.

First, the out of control speeding trailer, still in gear, hit a car on the driver’s side pressing it to the left side. Realizing what had occurred, the trailer driver abandoned the vehicle and jumped out, leaving it to freewheel.

This caused the trailer to ram into two cars and an SUV (Renault Duster) which was flung into the air only to land on another car (Volkswagen Vento). The trailer came to a standstill only because it hit a dumper, thereby averting any further damage. Built quality of the Vento made sure no one inside was injured, in spite of approx. 1,500 kg car sitting on top of it.

Two killed as KSRTC bus collides with lorry in Kollam

Kollam: Two persons were killed when a KSRTC bus collided with a container lorry near Ithikkara bridge at Kottiyam on Monday morning. 12 persons were injured in the mishap and 8 among them are in critical condition.

KSRTC bus driver Azeez and conductor, a Thamarassery native Subhash, died in the accident. Lorry driver was trapped inside the lorry and was taken out after 1 ¼ hours long effort. He has been admitted to a hospital in Kottiyam with serious injuries.

The accident took place at 6.50 am on Monday. Mananthavady-Thiruvananthapuram KSRTC Deluxe bus collided with a container lorry going from Thiruvananthapuram to Coimbatore.

It is assumed that the accident occurred when the driver fell into sleep while driving. The injured were hospitalized by police and locals. Traffic was disrupted in the national highway following the mishap.
