Even i was shocked.
But somehow managed to click it.
Hope this will be a lesson to all of us against spirited driving.
Er Mukesh, what exactly did you mean by the underlined phrase? I do not really understand how spirited driving is related to this bashed up scorpio. Do we even know about the cause of the accident? It could have been the fault of a "spiritedly driven" lorry.
Oh, and BTW, spirited driving is basically an exciting method of operating a motor vehicle. Now does this always means spirited driving is unsafe? I believe, spirited driving is not really about overspeeding or about high revvs. It is about the way you handle your vehicle. A spirited driver is one who drives pleasure out of driving, and knows techniques of handling a vehicle to gain optimal performance, save time, get through traffic, and still follow traffic rules and drive safe, arrive safe.
Cheers.[cheers]

@Ilango: What if the case was the lorry braked to soon and didn't have brake lights?

any case , the old man must leave 10 mts and follow the truck as per driving rules. does he remember that taught by the rto during license days?

In any part in our country , rear damage in a vehicle is not his fault. except in some speacial case in highway where truckers pull over in restricted areas and hit by vehicles.

Hey Arkin, though i can accept that the truck has rear ended this car.
How can the car get a tremendous impact in the front too.
This has been sheer negligence on both drivers.
Car would have tried to overtake without knowing the road ahead.
And the lorry guy might have rear ended as the Scorpio might have came in his lane after overtaking.
Both the accidents has happened in TN.

According to me the driver of Scorpio may be the culprit, as per my assumptions.

For me spirited driving means:
Negligence, overspeeding.

No Ilango , the fault is with the truck driver , its not seen in the pictures! The truck driver has switched the lane suddenly , the truck was still in cross position between two lanes when i clicked the picture. The car driver cant do anything in that case , since the car was equipped with ABS i couldn see any tyre marks too , else we could have seen the braking distance!

@ Arkin What if you are speeding at 100kmph in the highway , imagining you are a spirited driver. And suddenly from nowhere a bike crosses by and you hit the bike. Though its not your fault , you will be blamed because you have been speeding and you were driving spiritedly. IMO spirited driving is all about luck!

^^^So what if you are blamed. It doesn't become true right? The biker is at fault, and as long as you know it, you will be able to defend yourself.

Fiesta and Logan in bad shape! Sumo Grande atleast still can be driven on road! This proves that SUV'S are much safer than any other car!

Yeah of course. How can you expect it to be a sumo fault when its rear ended[evil]

grande braked suddenly as the car in front braked the same way.

this logan tailgated him so closely and hit him without noticing! bad driver!

Oh he deserved that accident for his mistake , tailgating is real bad! This time its Logan's fault!
101% its rear vehicle's fault except in some case of full hault without proper signal in highway like lorries parked , but even that cant be accepted when the truck/vehicle had a break down and cant be moved , and the approching vehicle has got a big windshield to see the happening in front. leave space and then follow a vehicle , so that you know if they are slowing or lane changing etc.
