Seems like the scorpio fell upside way ,
Delhi /NCR guys any news of the recent BMW crash at Noida.
I saw this accident on newspapers. Seems that the scorpio driver had asked a truck driver for route. The truck driver misleaded him. But only in India, this will happen. No signboards or barricades on an uncompleted bridge.
Oh the truckers! why the hell did he do that!
Well yeah i came across this story in a Tamil daily! People shouted at the driver not to go but he did not stop , but with AC on and windows rolled up he would not hear a thing!
Mistake on both driver and department for not placing barricades! Driver should have had common sense why the other vehicles are not taking the bridge and he should not have sped so fast!

It is absolutely not fair to immediately file a case against driver for “Rash Driving”. This could have happened with anyone (even cops!). At first, It is the authorities who left the in-complete flyover open without any sign board or barricades.

They have booked a case with charges of rash driving against the hapless chap only to cover up their crime. If they do not press charges against the driver and in case he succumbs to his injuries and if the relatives file a case against the authorities,then the officials concerned may be punished under section 304(A) IPC-Causing death by negligence. The punishment is 2 years imprisonment with fine. And usually its not easy for them to walk out of that easily if charged. Whatever the driver did. From what I understand, He had not breached any barricade or drive in on purpose. And you can never say he is responsible as he did not see that there were no other vehicles on that track. We have even seen people running into uncovered manholes and dying.You should not say that they should have expected it and this is India. That can never be accepted. This could have happened to anyone in that situation. Oh too bad , he has ruined a good car! Leave the car also , he has taken the life of a woman and the taxi driver is also in critical condition. Looking at the condition of the car i guess he must have been cruising around in the early morning hours and i suspect even maybe drunken driving![thinking] And am sure this guy will soon be released without any fine also , spoilt rich guy!
