Clutch assembly at 28k kms is a bit unusual, but then i guess the age factor can be counted in here.

You’re right, Akash. Another issue is that a learner in family has also practiced on this car (Read riding on clutch all times). And yes, I will post some pictures but only after thoroughly cleaning / waxing / polishing it.

Hi Even i like to tell about my 800

My 800 is also 8 years old , june 27th, 2003.
It has done 75400 kms as of now.
Though it is trouble free i had to spend for some major issues like Clutch, lower arm,etc.

I have done lots of Modifications in my 800 -

* Rear Wiper & washer
* Alloys
* LCD with rear/reverse camara
* LED strip Lights Under Body
* 100/90 headlamp (Philips)wiring kit (solves the low visibility)
* Fog lams
* K&N filter
*Booster Breaks (wont come with a\c and std model)

Could you pls tell me the cost of type 3 head lamps, does it have an headlamp leveling device as type 3 800 has, should we need extra wiring..
& also the price for the wood finish on the dash board..that looks very nice..

Type-3 Headlamps cost me thousand bucks excluding labor charges. They do not have leveling device. It was a direct fit. The cost of autographix wooden finishing is Rs.700.

That is the traditional M800 look , nicely maintained! BTW you don't use your left side ORVM while driving?
