the best part of the performance show was the roar of the lambo & the jaguar. also, the mahindra gio was a surprise for all of us. it has been beaten black and blue in every forum but it was a damn cute vehicle for all of us. we just could not stop ourselves from sitting inside & praising the vehicle. it made us smile! next was the bolero attitude which took our appreciation. i just hope one day i own that vehicle.



then we finally met abhijeet, 2 of his friends & amit. abhijeet & his friends had some work, so they could not join us for lunch. instead we went to a nearby location & did a small photoshoot of our cars! then they bid goodbye to us.


so the scorpio & estilo goes ahead, the estilo does a quick refill. now we near mulund & the estilo is ahead of me. aditya had told me that he knows to go to mulund after which he is unsure. but to my suprise, he takes the flyover & goes straight where he should be taking a left turn! again i park the scorpio & wait for the estilo!!!


naveen- you rock man! you are fun!
aditya- never ever complain that your estilo doesnt give you average! lol!
arun- tie your brother's legs to the seat so that he uses the throttle wisely!
amit- DOC, study well for your 12th! Lol...
abhijeet- i have not seen a more down-to-earth person than you buddy. kudos.
abhijeet's friends- sorry mates, i dont remember your names, but thanks a lot for joining us.

I know Rajeev you want the Gio desperately.

Rajeev-I like this guy,very straight forward and frank.
Raj,arun told me that your driver said ["Baccha gaadi fast chalatey par control hai"] Say a thanks to him from my side

Naveen-Total timepaas guy, with this guy around there is never a dull moment.

Amit-12th std DOC .Awesome driver on the straights ( he thinks atleast 10 times while reversing ).Awesome guy.

Hey raj, I missed every moment and the opportunity to meet you all. I'm glad you guys had fun and enjoyed every moment.

First of All, A huge Thanks to you team for making The Automotive India's 1st Meet such a big Success. Now it gives a feel that we're celebrating our first Anniversary with some action!

Quite Unfortunate that I missed this great chance to meet everyone on the very first anniversary but the way Rajeev and Arun Described the meet with those Pictures, For a Moment I felt that I was with you all.

The Images on 6th and 7th Number are awesome and have been saved in my PC which will be used in future for featuring TAI's one of the First Few Active Members and the 1st Meet.

My first set of pics:

This is the first set because we have to give credit where it's due, and that goes to Amit's driving skills. Now, its a different story that this drive was scarier than the off-roading .
All of you clap hands for Amit .

Pic 01: After Amit drove like a maniac, with my heart, my lungs and other parts (which I cannot mention here) coming to my mouth, we caught up with the GTO:

Pic 02: Now, Amit with his adventurous streak, closes in on the GTO. And (poor) me is trying to stay in my seat.

Pic 03: Now, Dr. Amit actually overtakes the GTO for a few moments and I am about to faint. Better sense prevailed because Amit realizes he's made a big blunder as we both are lost now and are gearing up for the great Mumbai darshan.
