hey, that's an wonderful decision. After lots of review and research, I too have booked Ritz ZXI silky silver in Jan, 2013. First, I booked swift zdi pearl white but somehow I was not satisfied with space, rear seating and many things.

Have you got any idea on delivery date? Bimal Maruti in Bangalore told me that waiting period was 45-60 days but, still I hear from them that car is not yet despatched. They say it would take another 10-12 days to reach the dealer after despatch.

It seems they have more diesel vehicles in inventory than petrol.

Let me know in case you have got any news on delivery.

Hello psaha, It is indeed majority of manufactures last year concentrated more on diesel lines and produced more diesel vehicles than petrol siblings. So majority are having more stock of diesel. e.g. Ertiga D is available off the shelf but not Ertiga P. Thanks to flip flop policy of GOI on fuel pricing customers who want to buy petrol models have to wait longer.

I would suggest you to check with Mandovi, Sagar, Pratham and Garuda so one may have stock for ZXI with them.

My dealer promised me for a waiting period of 4 - 6 weeks, not sure how true is this. I just booked my car last week, so its a long way to go. BTW when did you book on Jan? You must have crossed more than 45 days now. What I hear is that VXI/VDI/ZDI all available for a immediate delivery. Just because that top end models in petrol are not moving really fast, it has a more waiting time.

May I know why did you choose silver over mystique red? Any specific reason?

Yes you are right that new RED color is really good and also that new dark gray color(I have seen one yesterday on road)also a very nice color in Ritz. But finally it is the choice of Udaa

I am pretty tall and my height is 6.3", so leg space is not so good in Swift when compared to RITZ and that's the reason i had finalized RITZ.

Yeah i have seen all the colors in New Ritz, for some reasons i did not like the Grey color, But i was confused between Red and Silver..and silver has more advantages over the RED color like (easy maintenance, color fading etc), i had booked Silver.

Any news of the Delivery? I have no news about the delivery, its been almost 3 weeks since i booked. Dealer promised for a delivery within a month. Wondering how long its going to take. Please update me if you have any information about your vehicle delivery.
