i guess this means the mEagle is gone or maybe the mEagle is shifted to the lower D variants and maybe the mDi engine is retired?

I think they would have to make a lot of R& D to make the meagle euro 5 compliant.
Hence they would shelve the m eagle.
In future we might see the 1.5l engine doing duty in place of the mdi variant.

It is a 2.0 Lor a 2.5 L Engine i think.

i think you may be right... i own a xylo with the mDi engine but havent checked engine specs yet!

i think the mdi engine is based on the boleros 2.5L Engine x3dp as some say. Not sure though.
Tuned at 75bhp as supposed to 68bhp on bolero.

Meagle is a 2.6l engine which is nothing but pre mhawk scorpio engine.
