The problem has cropped up again. I am yet to check the oil level in our car right from the day of purchase. Now that you have mentioned, I will do it the first thing in the morning. After having read about the ill effects of both higher and lower oil levels, I have decided to check the level regularly.
Just bumping up the thread.

@Commuter - Awaiting your response post reoccurrence of the same issue.
I had visited the FAAS today for the same issue . 1. They would need to raise a request with Ford India hotline and diagnose the issue ( I think this would lead to the same line of events which happened to your car)
2. I popped up a few hoods on Aspires in the service center , surprisingly all of them had the same leaks .

Now confused and a little skeptical on what could be done . I am now eager to know what happens in your case which hopefully is a permanent fix.

Folks can we cool down a bit and talk few facts?

There is something called soot , which engine creates while combustion, stand also a thin layer of oil is burned in this process, there is a system in all modern engines to condense those vapours and send it back to intake so its fully burned and condensed oil can be returned to the oil chamber back again.

Form the pictues I clearly see the oil vapour system AKA (EVAP) pipe is just near the boot and boot is not sealed well, so due to turbo spoolat those positive reverse pressure cycle the vapours escape out and make oil marks as its cooler than inside so it condenses over there, just replace the boot or tighten the fastner, its not valve or seals or turbo issue , there are many other ways to determine those problems which some of you have stated.
And breather valve are precent in old cars, for turbo crdi engines they have a different layout. Different pressure cycles. So just a ball value is not enough.
And I know the design of tdci , its just a leak from boot,
I have taken drops of oil from intercooler even on a 1000km run ddis, mjd, tdci , its common and its only due to low rpm running, the vapours condense and settle on the passages, keep engine revv happy than low throttling for high economy , which can lead to premature wear .

Just follow one rule change gear at 3k rpm at 2nd or 3d depending on the road Clearness, which will washout those vapours and keep tubes and cooler clean.

Hope my post helped out

This is a reply from a user from this thread itself, so if its just oil leak present, one need not be worried, as it might be normal.

Even the sc said it's soot/seepage. My Royal enfield thinderbird too showed similar seepage
I think we should not worry about this.

Thanks ,that's really helpful!
My curiosity meanwhile led me to few similar articles on the web where the issue is pointed towards a faulty PCV.That could be one another reason apart from the ones already mentioned ? I found this (Pic1) in my car when I opened the air hose from air filter toward the inlet. An observation tells me that oil has leaked from the breather hose on the top and not a turbo leak( Sigh!).The breather hose in turn from the PCV?

(Pic 2) - More oil leak found near engine area below the battery . The white valve in the pic could be the PCV which might not be ventilating properly.(PS:I might be wrong) @1989rs500 - request your opinion after seeing the 2 pictures .
The second pic is worrying me more as the leak seems quite significant ,though not enough to drip on floor when parked during night.

I feel that as long as the engine oil level in the the dip stick dosent fall below half mark within next 2000 kms, there is not much need for concern, I am too not the best judge on this matter as there are more knowledgeable experts in this forum who can explain the situation
@Stingray91 is one such user I would suggest for recommendation

The entire issues mentioned in the above posts happens to me also. And i have severe jerks while changing gears. Diesel engine has run 9500 kms. Reseted pcu thrice. Made a temporary fix but back to bad in no time. I have a figo aspire btw. The city drving with these jerkings are a nightmare and my fuel efficiency is 12 kms/ltr. Had the oil leaks from about 3000kms. I think the pcv valve is damaged because i squeezed the pcv hose a couple of times yesterday and after that the ride was good for 4 kms or so. The service centre guys have no idea whats wrong with the car. Have visited two service centres for the same issue 5 times. Has anyone felt these jerks while shifting, accelerating and decelerating.

UPDATE:
went to another service center yesterday and the service advisor informed me that oil is coming out of the hose as the hose from the air filter is not tightly fixed. he then took my var to the garage and tightened the screws and thereafter there is a huge difference in driving the car. the car still has jerks during shifting and accelerating and decelerating but is less noticeable now. doubt whether its an issue of cylinder misfire or clutch malfunction. please throw in your inputs. BTW does anyone felt that the accelerator is a bit delayed in the diesel figo or aspire. I have a delay of one second to get a rise an rpm after i press the accelerator.

Actually I am in no position to make any comment on this as it can be any issue , even a leaky turbo seal or a bad gearbox synchro or anything
A good engineer is the only one who can give a final word on the issue,

But with a leak observed it could be even the clutch master cylinder leak
