Very honestly I would suggest you to stick to your TAI handle - allhyundaicars.
Grand i10 seems to fit in the requirements perfectly for your sister. Its the new car around, has all the new gizmos, drives pretty decently, decent fuel efficiency, plus you'll be dealing with the familiar Hyundai A.S.S. which I think you're pretty happy with. Overall practicality attached to this vehicle is immense.
Regarding other cars, being a Polo owner myself for almost 2 years now, I'll share my experience with it. The car hasn't troubled me even for a single minute till date. No weird noises, absolutely no niggles, the car is absolutely rock solid and more or less meeting my expectations of the German tag it comes with. The 3 pot engine takes a while getting used to as there is significant turbo lag, but when you do get accustomed to it, zooming past even the fast moving traffic is no big deal. Have just got one service done till date after completion of 1 year/15,000kms which costed me around 8.8k. Second one would cost around the same at the completion of second year which is due in April end for my car. Service costs are surely on the higher side, but I would say not by a great margin. Hyundai diesel cars have expensive service bills atleast of what I recall for the Fluidic Verna and i20 diesel. Petrol Hyundai's are still cheap to service. New Suzuki Swift diesel too has on an average service bill in the range of 5-6k and that too after every 10,000kms, so more or less its just the generalized notion of VW's being way too heavy on the pocket. I am not saying they are not, but the others are fast catching up in this department.
Test drive both the vehicles and see for yourself which one ticks more boxes as per your requirements. Both cars are really good in their own different ways.
