Hello @Cracing,
I've asked my question in the thread you referred . Expecting Tornado's response. But meanwhile, I read your conversations with TSIVpul and Mudhan sir regarding tyre upsizing but even after couple of pages I was not able to find what you and Dr settled on. Did you upgrade to 195/65 3ST or ER300 with 5.5j rims? Or did you go with other options?
Can you tell me your feedback on your chosen tyres? Thanks in advance.

Michelin Primacy 3ST tyres are running great so far. Excellent grip (dry, wet and cornering), handling and comfort. I have driven over best and worst roads but had no issues. Steering is little heavy compared to OE tyre size or I would say before it was light and now its perfect but it is expected when we go for wide tyres. Due to soft compound, tyre noise is low but if any, depends on the condition of road. When driven over gravel roads, stones get trapped in tyre thread grooves and later over good roads, they will produce annoying noise. So I keep darning needle in my car and clean the tyre threads regularly.
If these tyres are well maintained, they won't not let you down. I say this because these are luxury tyres and not made for rough usage, off-roading or take abuse. Regularly you have to apply UV protectant, remove trapped stones, keep tyres well inflated, WB/WA done, respect the load capacity, maintain driving speed and etc. More info about tyre care tips from Michelin.
BTW; This is how I categorize different tyres based on my research and undestanding. Following tyres are available in 195/60 R15 size.
Economy touring tyres:
Bridgestone Turanza ER60/AR20
Michelin Energy XM2 (Very soft sidewall)
Yokohama A drive
Yokohama Earth 1
Premium Comfort Tyres:
Continental ContiMaxContact MC5
Michelin Primacy 3ST
Yokohama AVS db V550 (Very soft sidewall)
Performance Tyres:
Bridgestone Potenza GIII
Yokohama S drive
@Dr MUDHAN
