It should not cause issues as long as the standard wires are not cut for the installation.

Ask him to do with the clips where no wire cutting is required. I have got it done in my car with JVC in same way

Is it infact im also planing for a JVC 50 BT HU with JBL components on front and rear.

I do have another option to go in for the ford HU with Bluetooth. I would only take that road if the after market installation isnt a feasible option.

Just mention them that you dont want to cut any wire and if necessary they should show you whats the problem. I installed JVC AV 50 and only Antenna cable was cut because of different plug.But that just antenna cable,rest of my speakers, amp, sub woofer all are installed perfectly. Went to service center also with all that installed - nothing happened.

Guess it is limited to electricals. There is a mention of it related to something in the ownership manual.
