Thank you [:)]
Alloys came up to 22.5k and for tires another 23k. I got 9.2k for my old tires excluding the discs and wheel cups.
Great sets of alloys dude.

Please share your views on ride and handling improvement after going for bigger size tyres. Post more snaps of the alloys please. They really look hot.

hey can any one tell me whats the difference (in ride) with alloy and normal tyres
The ride comfort has come down because I went for tires with lower profiles than the stock ones. Road grip has improved and one will feel confident to corner the car at high speeds.
Go for higher profiles if you wish to maintain the ride comfort.

thanks for reply mate but..
I didn't get it. You got the Yokohama 205/55 R15 tyres, and your stock ones were 175/70 R 14. How are your tyres lower in profile? Is it because of the aspect ratio (55)?

Yes.
They are not low profile tires. Tires with profiles 50 and below are low profile tires. Profile 55 is perfect for Indian roads.

Okk. Alright.

So what tyres do you recommend for polo for better cornering and comfort at the same time? I mean what specification tyres would do better on polo.

Well, if you are looking for comfort and stability 205/60 should be fine. But if you want looks as well, then go for 55 profile tires (I'm not a fan of tires with high profiles. It can vary from person to person.). But do keep in mind that comfort comes down as the profile decreases.
