Most Unused Features in Cars?

Sorry for OT - But which car provides switch for ON/OFF Airbag?

Linea for one has this feature. Though, I have not used it even once.

Talked to Skoda sales person , he told me that there is no on off switch of Air Bag in there cars .

for me the most Unused feature is Airbags.
and I really want this feature to be un-used for the life time.

Never use ESP off button in my car.

That specific button is nearly always OFF for me. I tell you Jazzy, drive the GT with that button OFF once and you won't turn it ON ever again.

IMO ash tray and glovebox cooling are seldom used. People mostly keep docs in glovebox and who will keep a bottle with them? Punjabis may be using it a lot though, carrying beer cans in cars is like carrying fuel in fuel tank there.

To be Frank, who ever signed in this forum are auto enthusiasts, they know all the features and they use all the features mostly, but there are 90% of people besides us who don't even know why there is a knob beneath RVM :p

High beam is never used as the highways are all four lanes and driving the aria in low beam is more sufficient and high beam is not used because the view itself is commanding that everything on the road is visible.

But the fog lamps are used.

Most unused Features in my Car by me are listed below.

1. AIRBAG - Yes , even though it was mandatory feature for me when I bought the car, I have luckily not faced any situation

2. CD Player - I have not at all used this feature as I play music through Bluetooth and USB Pen Drive connections

3. Rear Seat Belts - No one who sits in rear in my car listen to me when I advise them to wear seat belts at rear. I have run out of options to convince them for this.
But the same person when seated at front wears the seat belts, not sure why so much reluctance when seated at rear

For front air bags one won't need ON/OFF switch since the airbags work only if the person is wearing seat belt

The "Ticket holder, FM Radio, CD slot, Aux port, and Rear defogger" - in this order - are the least used in my Car.

For Me,
1) Ticket Holder: I dint even tear that plastic over the sun visor, forget about using ticket holder!
2) Driver's seat height adjustment:I used it initially, once it is set, i never bothered to change the height. I am the only driver!
3) Manual key for door: In my Grand i10 Asta(o), I never used it except for the 1st time just for checking
4) Remote key for the door & boot: I rarely use the remote to lock the door, instead use that black button on the door handle.
5) coat hook in Rear grab handles or bag hook in the boot: Never used the coat hook and few weeks back i realized that there's a hook in the boot to hang your grocery bag!

In my case, its rear seat arm rest (never seen opened by any one in my car) and the front side cup holder of my car (as I do not like to eat/ drink within the car).

• High beam, though not a feature

• Rear Armrest

• Spare tyre, not even used it once

• Coin holder

• CD player, aux and USB, I play song through Bluetooth streaming
