There are fewer chances of discounts being offered on these cars as of now. You can expect some deals around Holi but it is not assured. Skoda is firmly not offering any discounts on Rapid and so is Honda for City even when I inquired in December. You can fetch a few bucks more or less depending upon negotiating skills.

Update! Tata Venture can be now bought at downpayment of Rs.50,000 along with additional benefits upto Rs.35,000.

I saw in paper that Laura diesel has 1Lakh discount. SX4 diesel has 10k discount and Ritz diesel has 20k discount. Also saw new Fiesta having 75k discount , not sure about the models and variants.

Nano is now being offered with an exchange bonus which is applicable for both, two and four wheeler which is Rs.20,000 and Rs.25,000 respectively.

When enquired what discount will they give if I cancel my Verna Crdi booking and go for i20 Astra Crdi following offer was given

1. Free Mats and Teflon coating
2. 25k cash discount
3. Extended warrenty free

Yap this was for existing only I guess as dealer didn't inform me about any facelift coming or anything. He said they have black silver and white in stock and delivery can be done in couple of days.

this is probably to clear stocks. there is a mild facelift version out already here so probably that is what is going to come soon.
