Hence i changed to celerio. Why would I get a model which has been stopped 8 months back. It will be delivered this sunday. Yahoooooooo!!!

Hi guys,
I just got myself a stingray (white) loving it as anything. everything is awesome like from the exterior to the interior. I want to upgrade my projector lamps or if they are called as HIDs as the low beam is quite not that sufficient for me and want to upgrade to a higher intensity bulbs which can work with the factory battery and do not drain it much, though I can compromise with the draining but the low beams are not that bright or may be the lamp angle setting is kept to 0 as I think that's what I should generally keep as I do not travel with more than 2 people. I was looking for high-intensity bulb but not sure where to start from as I do not know almost anything about them, also I was thinking to maybe cover the front reflective segment over the grill to matt black I guess to give it a bit non plasticy look and feel to the car so any suggestion for that will be appreciated.

TC guys drive safe and slow.

First of all Welcome aboard and Congratulations on your purchase of the White Stingray. A good choice of colour for the Stingray

Now, for your query, both me and the owner of this thread has installed HIDs in the low beam projectors of our cars.
You can find the relevant posts regarding your HID query in this thread itself.
I too had put a matt black vinyl on the front reflective panel and IMO it looks better than the original.

1. Full guide about buying and using HIDs-

2. The beam brightness does not have anything to do with Beam angle (Setting as you say).
I usually keep the beam angle to 1 (Neutral).
In my view, 0 is a bit high, 1 is neutral, 2 & 3 are low (closeby)
