Route the regular USB harness provided with the dashcam inside roof liner --> A-Pillar --> Dashboard --> Center console (route through some panel gap)

I m using Ciaz 2017 Delta model. I would like to know the below
1) is ciaz 2017 model having low beam reflector or a low beam projector? Which is a better option to upgrade led or hid?
2) is ciaz 2017 model having high beam reflector or a high beam projector?
3) is it legal to use hid?
4) is it legal to use led ? If yes how many watts

My car is 3 years old. I find the mileage that was around 13.5 in the city has dropped to around 12 .5 km. The dealer said there is no fault. But I find the dealer is now more interested in getting vehicles out of the workshop than checking the problem properly. The workshop is jam packed and getting out is hell.The CIAZ is a smooth vehicle with a quiet engine. But now the engine is slightly loud and a little rough.
Any suggestions please

It is just 1kmpl drop, just ignore and keep driving. It is just with vehicle aging. For satisfaction, you can try replacing Fuel Filter, Air Filter, Spark Plug (If Petrol).
