Now we both are in the same boat Akash! I don’t think that you should bid adieu to your car any soon because you have spent a fair amount of money in maintaining and modifying it so well. Maybe you can consider passing it off to somebody else in the house (who is new to driving or wants to learn?). I know, the same can be said for my car too but there’s a huge leap of difference in the quality levels of an 800 and Alto.

The car was primarily bought for my mom and sis so that they could revise their driving lessons. However both of them got busy with their works and the car was used by me.
Lets see what happens, but i still have 5-6 months to enjoy her ride.

As per my current plans, it will be a diesel sedan. Although i have decided the car, will reveal as soon as i arranged enough Vit M.

Update: My baby hatch developed a hole in the exhaust. I went to the nearest MASS to get a replacement Silencer, but to my surprise, it wasnt in stock. They placed an order for the same in my presence and assured that it will be available within a weeks time. I left the place and headed straight to a local mechanic for temporary solution since the sound was pretty annoying.
Within 10 minutes, he was under the car struggling to get the silencer out. Finally he manges to get it out. There were 2 small holes near the muffler joint. After cleaning it, the mechanic welded the holes and fitted the silencer back. The total cost of job: 200 bucks.

Another big update would be announced soon. Till then enjoy the pics.

Got a set of new wiper blades. Sadly Bosch ones were not available so had to buy it from MASS. Had to shell out 400bucks for a set.
The next thing is the silencer change which will be done next month since the car wont be used atleast for a month.

Enough wait. Now tell me the big update.

Maybe, the major decision which is still pending. As of now my dad has dropped plans for any new car since he already got a new office car this month. Even our City has not been used since monday!

Finally after lot of confusions on whether to keep this car or trade it for a used diesel sedan, i have decided to keep this car for some more time. Since my job location is yet to be fixed, i will keep this car with me and as soon as i settle down, will start a search in the market for my next car. As of now i have dropped my plans to buy a used Diesel sedan since the options are limited to Verna, Octavia and Fiesta.
So i have decided to get a powerful petrol mill. I am now in the market for a pre worshiped Corolla/Civic.
Till then, enjoy some pics from my recent drive.

That dent is there since past 1 year. Happened when the car was being driven by my sister!

BTW why going for a powerful petrol mill now? Dropped the plan to buy a diesel sedan all together?
