Good job buddy. The installation looks neat. But why no headrests at the rear bench?

Also are you considering the swapping of the seat covers.

Finally after a very long wait,
received the remaining three head restrainers today, but have received only two sets of lock and guider, will have to wait for the third set.
Will do the fittting tomorrow.

The three head restrainers, cost 459+tax per piece.

Hi Jayesh, nice to see the upgrades being done in your eeco, so far in your ownership, how did you feel the car is?

Also are you not facing heat without the Air Conditioner in place? Are you planning to fix one?

I find the EECO'S best so far. It is as good as I expected, there are some problems, but they were part of the package.

As far as heat is considered its summer and its really hot here. About fitting I have enquired with maruti price is quoted around 40 thousand, but the resuld is not as giid as company fitted.

One person has done the fitting here and he said the cooling is not as giid as company fitted ones, even my advisor is against fitting one.

How do the head restrainers look??

I am planning to create a new thread for EECO UPGRADATIONS/ modification. As I am the only member here with an EECO.[;)]

It was pleasant to go through your thread, nice write up Jayesh.
correct me if wrong i heard they are many eeco's with premature thread wear on front wheels may be wheel alignment or other cause is responsible, still fact isn't disclosed by dealers or maruti.
I am planning to get one preowned eeco for my house :) don't know what major areas to look, your suggestions would be helpful.

Feel free to open the thread.

It is because the tyre size provided isn't enough for an MPV, tyre upgrade is suggested right away.

Eeco is a good option if you are looking out for a family mover in a limited budget, nice upgrade from Omni. Decent engine, decent mileage, powerful a/c and suits the purpose well, the main drawback is the ride being too bumpy and bare basic interiors which isn't justified for the price.

What is the mileage of eeco with and without A/C use? what is the service intervals in months, and how to maintain the A/C
I have a non ac version.
I am getting average of around 12 kmpl, that's when i drive @+100, Have seen an increase in average if we keep the vehicle speed around 80kmpl.
