Maruti 800 (SS80) - An Indian Classic

350Z, I went to Malviya Nagar to hunt down this red beauty, but sadly could not find it. Could you please help me with some more details about the exact location? maybe a landmark will help me close up the search.

I am sorry for the late response. Just noticed the post. I don’t know the exact name of that location but let me mark it on a map. It’s a narrow lane which is passing from the roundabout. It’s difficult to answer whether the car is still parked there or not but I can try to check out if I happen to visit Malviya Nagar again.

I happened to get my car for quite a bargain , even though I had to spend some amount on repairs.

Its true about what you said about the condition and cost quoted for these cars these days. I saw many of those during my search for my car. I went for this car, in spite of it needing some repairs, as it was a deluxe model with some originality.

My car is lacking almost all of the chrome strips it was supposed to come with. Do anybody have any idea as where I can find them from? Also the centre cap of the steering is missing. Any help in tracing these would be greatly appreciated.

Be very careful in buying those strips from ebay.in. I ordered them few months ago only to receive material of pathetic quality which was not worth the bucks spent. IMO purchase them from an accessory store.
