no u need atleast 4 to 5 meters. and 80rs thing doesnt come together. it will be in 30 cms. bulbs on them are small. so not that bright.

Or I am also thinking of Adding the lights to under DAsh, Under Front seats (For light in rear seat) (Trust me, With this , I will feel like driving a rocket!)
And 2 Round strips on the Speaker boundary!

better get the readymade one(i.e. it will be neatly soldered and packed). i got my underdash light the readymade one. 80rs one. so in your case you will be needing 6. maintain colour sense. take care while you get it done. the bulbs (under dash and seats must not be visible. in under dash paste in in such a way that the bulbs face little upwards.
which colour you planing? blue is common . dont go for red. green ok. white decent.

ya i saw that verna here. but i have never seen orange. but deep yellow is not there i guess. instead you can get warm white that can be compared close to yellow.
i found this recently. in some electronic shops where we get ICs resistors and those stuffs. they are now selling LED strips they are nott water proof. but for interiors you can use them. per meter 100rs. multi colour also available with blinking lights or running lights . i guess if you use these multi coloured your ride will be looking like a moving disco :P

Even am using LEDs in my parking lights for about 8 months, no heat problems till now.

@Aviral. im also using LED in Parklights. but i have replaced atleast 4 pairs.
i mostly get one for 20 rs now got a good one from ebay 260rs.

- Is it like replacing the stock bulbs with LED bulbs or
- Keep the stock parking bulbs as it is and add LED strips inside or outside of the HL unit
@sethumurugan. in chennai you will get these stuffs in GP road, near Express Avenue. i know a quite few shops in anna nager. there is a shop near chinthamani signal. shanti colony there is a shop. donno much about other areas

Hi Sethu, All the new cars bulb holders are the same.. Its called as pressing type bulbs.
It can be found in side indicators, ac control switches,speedo meter (backlit)etc ...
So you can just remove the regular bulb and fix this..
One suggestion, please go for white LED only. Others wont look good. (multi colours usually you can find them in cabs)
