Some more pics of the woofer in Home Environment.
Comparison to my Monster Sony 15 inch.
How can you put such amp & woofer (which require 12V car socket) in Home environment (that has 220V supply)?

I have home theater & dedicated 5.1 Onkyo home theatre audio setup at home & stereo music setup at farmhouse for music hearing, like this - Intex IT-11500 Home Speakers Price - Buy Intex IT-11500 Home Speakers Online at Best Price In India . But I want more bass, & to have extra bass, can I use amp + sony 15" woofer - if yes, how?

yes,that's easy.
firstly, woofers work on sound signals, not 12v or 230v. it doesn't Matter if your amp is 12v or 230v.

you can always use a transformer or smps to convert 230v to 12v DC and use amps that way.

if your onkyo ht has amplifed subwoofer out, you can connect the monster 15 inch woofer directly and enjoy deep bass!

I don't think intex ones have sw out. so we have 3 methods,
1) hack the inbuilt circuit to generate sw out.
2) remove the factory small woofers and connect the monster woofer on those wires.
3). use a signal splitter to feed intex and a dedicated sw amp for woofer. that'll keep all your woofers alive and produce most bass.

Thanks for the link. But I already have that multimedia speakers set, but not satisfied with the bass output.

bhvm post inspire me to have Car woofer to be used in home stereo system. So I will go for 230V AC to 12v DC converter, single channel amplifier, Sony 15" SW, signal splitter (applied on wires going to stock SW) & voila, should have desired level of bass from stereo system.

if possible, don't use transformer but connect it to a 12v Battery like your inverter Battery, so your amp can get all the current it needs. amps can draw over 50 amperes in some cases.

Dear everyone

I wanted to buy an amp and sub for my Innova 2012 model.
I am considering JBL GTX 646 and JBL 12" ENCLOSURE CS-1215B.
Will this sub woofer box fit in the boot of Innova?.
Please suggest.
Can you please suggest me the best sub and amp for Innova?
My budget is 13K

Thank u
Thomas

Both the models are very good as I'm using them daily. I will suggest you go for a compact 10 Inch sub as the 12 inch essentially takes up One seat. Your budget is correct.

Dear friend
thank you for the reply.
can I go for an active sub woofer?
Can you please suggest some models?
Will a 10inch woofer be sufficient to get a decent bass?
I am just a normal user and doesnt require too much bass or anything.

Looking forward.
Joshi

As I see you only want the bass clarity and some Punch rater than outright window shaking Doofff---doooof bass...An active sub would be good all in one solution.
Please bear in mind that such system is less flexible compared to 4ch Amp+Sub But saves space

Hi Joshi, I have the same amplifier and Subwoofer combination in my car. It fits in my Honda brio which have almost non-existing boot space [lol]. So AFAIK it will fit in easily (15cm depth only) without hindering the space for luggage in Innovas boot. But are you sure these models are not declared as obsolete by JBL?

If you are using a GTX 646 you can use it for front component speakers as well, any day it will give a much better output than your coaxial speakers (I assume you are having coaxials at present) and Active subwoofer combination. If you are using an active subwoofer only the subwoofer output will be amplified. So as long you are a normal user and not much of a bass fan and also you have made your mind to spend 13k, my humble suggestion is to stick with your earlier plan of JBL setup [:)].
