Congrats on your new ride.
Once I took the TD of Aria and I started driving in the highway. I shifted gears and reached top gear. Customer Executive asked whether I am feeling the speed inside. That was a test drive car. I didn't try it on my car since the manual says not to cross 80 before the first service.

Congratulations!!!! Your PRIDE looks great in sardinia red. Wish you many miles of happiness. With Tata and Concorde staff all the drama that you had to put up with is sort of inevitable. But good that someone ultimately looked into your issue. Glad that the vehicle made you forget all the frustration. Cheers!!!!

First service done!
The showroom people suggested concord motors sanath nagar, Hyderabad.
But I have taken my car to concord motors ucpal, Hyderabad since it is very close to my home.
The service station looked very bad from outside. But I dint care about it because I was sure that the service technicians of concord motors will be updated with all the technicals of aria pride 4x4. Since concord is an subsidiary of tata motors.
I was rong.
I walked into the friend office and felt that I entered an gov office.
No one was bothered about me. I went to a girl there and asked for the service manager.
Then she have guided me to some person who was talking on phone. I was not even offered a chair to sit.
No problem. Anyhow I grabbed a chair and sat.
He was stil on phone. After a while he asked me what do you want?
I said I want to see the service manager. He replyed y?
I told I have to get my car serviced and I have to check whether you got technicians’ for the 4x4car?
Silently he pointed his hand towards some one sitting on the other table and he asked me to go there.
O! I found him there.
After some talks and a tea. he have taken me the the service station and introduced me to some of the service advisors’ and technicians.
They all said since it is an first service it will not take much time you can wait here and take your car in less then 2hours.it is 10.30am now.
I went back to the gov office and sat there after 3hours I went and asked for my car they said they found some leek in the coolent pipe and they are trying to fix it.
It may take 2hours more. I went in and asked the manager for a loaner car so that I can go to my work place. He said not available.
Sir atleast drop me to my office? He said sorry sir no car.
Friends I sat there till 4 in the evening. they called me and told me that my car is ready I quickly went to my car and checked every thing.
All is well.
The car is super clean inside and outside.
All the charges were coverd in the AMC.
Finally for the third time I asked them about the costs for body wax, antirust painting, and the sound damping offerd by tata.
I got the same answer sir please sit we will tell you. I have waited there for 15minuts more and went off without knowing anything.
Note
1. think well before takeing your 4x4 to this service station
2. don’t use the toilet it is dangerous!

You have more courage than most-reading your post i am so tempted with your happy experience,but the negatives surely are something i dont think i can live with-with my 4L Vista maybe (maybe) but 17L car nooooo
