Re: Images of Cars Modified into Limousines

Not for someone who spends about 15k for one-time meal :P
And I am yet to find a Hotel in NCR or any place I have visited till date where one can have a bill of 15k for a single meal!![glasses]
I think you meant 1.5k per person per meal(though with my small tummy..even 1.5k is also tough..)

But yes,the Sonata is really very well built limo,it's looking like it's a real limo not like any stretched sedan.

Re: Images of Cars Modified into Limousines

Here's another neatly stretched Hyundai Sonata Embera. BTW, there’s a Chrysler 300C Limo in Crowne Plaza, Okhla to pick the guests from the airport. Fare? Rs.25,000 bucks per visit. I would bring some snaps next time.

Go to crowne plaza with family. :P

Or alone, you will get 5k atleast unless your tummy is really small.

Eco Rent a Car introduces Chrysler stretch limousines for hire in Mumbai

Car Rental Company Eco Rent a Car has brought Chrysler stretch Limousines to Mumbai; they are now available for hire to the general public.

If cruising in the back seat of a limo has been one of the items on your bucket list, then here’s your opportunity to scratch that entry off as Delhi-based Eco Rent a Car has made Chrysler stretch limousines available for hire in Mumbai. The cars will come packed to the raft with features such 3 LCD screens, a refrigerator full of non-alcoholic beverages, and mood lighting. Based on the Chrysler 300C, this limo not only looks quite spectacular, but also has some fire in the belly. It boasts of an insane 5.7 Litre V8 engine that gives out 345 PS of power and 530 Nm of torque.

Aditya Loomba, Director (Marketing) ECO Rent a Car said, “We are witnessing unprecedented response to our Limousines in Delhi and NCR. The fact that it is an Original American made Chrysler Stretch Limousine has generated widespread curiosity. We already have wedding organizers contacting us for bookings months in advance. Delhi’s elite socialites and urban youth along with corporate, embassies and hotels are those who have already made bookings with us and we expect this demand to multiply as we approach the festive season.”

The limo can be hired at Rs 30,000 for four hours with a charge of Rs 6,000 for each extra hour or extra 10 kms. Wedding packages are also available, starting at Rs 51,000 for 4 hours for a decorated Limousine. Eco Rent a Car has also introduced a “Surprise Drive” package where drives in the Chrysler stretch can be shared as a surprise gift for friends and loved ones.

Yet another form of jugaad. Are these cars safe? I mean, the structural integrity, airbags, and misjudgment of other drivers. I mean, one who sees only the front side of the Ford, will consider it of the stock wheelbase and length. This might be a potential threat. And, are these street-legal above all?[confused]
