Just a background for new friends - Actually I had initiated for Chennai meet on 20th July 2012 but somewhere outer in Chennai keeping 15th August 2012 in mind thinking that most of the people might have holiday being that is National holiday and everyone will be able to accommodate/adjust their dates.

Wow Friends,

Just WOW !! Although I was not able to make it up to the meet, my mind was revolving around the same whole day in tamil nadu with you guys. Missed the meet and all gathering. Will probably catch up next time for sure. Still @ office working for 15th August. Great Pics!! Khudos to Sethu sir & all other members for making the event a grand success. Special credit should be given to Varun as he had returned from a night shift drove all the way (Probably) also tried maximum to get me onboard which was not successful due my office project. Eagerly waiting for more pics.

Thanks Santosh and every one, I finally Decided to take a off, I thought I could not drive the next day.


Here comes the startup from B'lore.


Me and Karthik (neighbors) stay in the same apartment. Got up at 3:30, as usual started cleaning my car, then we started our place by 5:15, reached BTM Udupi Garden to pick Shreejesh, he was on time, then move to silk board called Ajith. He told he will be there in 10 min. Finally he arrived introduced ourselves started from there. We had 4 to 5 tolls sorry I dont remember the names also some I cant pronounce.

Then the race starts !! 800 - 800 - Vista. All the way we were cruising around 120. I had a chance to touch 140 over take a Skoda finally the result he over took me and went invisible .

Always Karthik would be in the first place !!

Then at 8 am every one started feeling hungry I had bought some snacks had then while driving then proceeded !!

Then Finally called Appu for the way, after a ZIG - ZAG in vellore found the hotel waited there, then the Chennai team arrives. So from Here Sethu has taken forward.

The climate in Vellore literally fried me !! No A/C only in mine and Karthik's car. I saw the temp gauge in my car its displaying 49 degrees !



After coming out from the zoo we (b'lore team) decided to move as we could get stuck in the traffic) finally we drove fast as Appu was a very sedate driver (If I drive in his speed my car will be very hungry) Appu please dont mind.

Finally reached the NH, we could maintain 100kmph, after it became dark there were many trucks which made us slow. Final stop at Attebele toll, finally parted from there. Dropped Sreejesh, me and karthik back home.

Finally Thanks for Appu and Sethu for organizing the meet.

Sethu Sir, after taking a break starting thinking of a South India meet and do share your ideas. We should have ample time for planning, a centrally located place should be easy for maximum regions and maximum number of participants. Think about it and we can start a new thread soon

Sorry guys about not posting more hourly updates during the meet, My internet connection kept dying on me everytime I wanted to post.

A huge thanks and a round of applause to Sethu sir and Appu for organising such a meet. Yesterday was a very beautiful and fun filled day for me. Thanks to all those who attended for making this a great success. Hope to meet all of you and more members soon in similar meets. Oh, a very special thanks to Sreejesh for clicking that beautiful pic of Eirene.

Even I have clicked a couple of pics. Will upload them tonight.

We should have more inter-state meets with more states

+100, Yes, that picture of Vista is really amazing and really competing with its brother Jaguar on the hording !! All the credit for Sreejesh and the person who was driving the car where Sreejesh was doing the photography
