changed the i10's brake switch. the tail lights were not responding when brakes were applied. the small part costed 150 rupees + 40 rupees labor ( from outside )

it's very irritating when i drive behind a vehicle with non functioning tail lights.

well i like to keep them maintained [;)] only i take care of all the 3 cars. if you keep them maintained it will not cause any problem. i ask every possible question from the guy who's doing some work in my car.

just learnt that fuel injectors of santro \ accent cost 600 rupees for one.there are 4. the part is so small but still very costly.

the old ones are used the most [:D]

santro has covered 72500 kilometers.
i10 has covered 53000 kilometers.
verna has covered 5500 kilometers.

ranking on basis of practicality
1. santro.
2. i10.
3. verna.

ranking on basis of comfort
1. verna.
2. i10
3. santro.

ranking on basis of engine performance
1. i10. yeah most of you will be shocked to see this but i10 is i10. i feel the acceleration of i10 stronger than the verna. still i love to go at high rpms in my i10.
2. verna.

yes , i'm saying i10 is quicker.

i10's unladen weight is 950 kilograms whereas verna's unladen weight is 1600 kilograms.

so , i find i10's acceleration quicker in 1st and 2nd and even the 3rd gear. and i'm talking about my-soon-to-be 4 year old i10 vs a new verna.

but in 4th and 5th gear , i10 acceleration is no where near the verna [;)] verna still gains at 5th gear. i10 struggles.

@ iko - i replied the same on my other thread.

mate no [lol] first of all it depends on the driver of the cars and not the car itself.

even if you give one guy an i10 and the other say an accord. accord's driver is reluctant to pass through narrow gaps , even if he can and on the other hand i10's driver is just seeing the finish line.

a friend of mine is crazy , i would never drive like him. he will defeat me in my verna with his 10 year old zen.

let's not go more off topic [:D]
