I also think it's a day time robbery by Hyundai. Anyways, that's the reason hyundai is on back foot in Pune and offering upto 45k in discounts on i10.

The reason for same is the 'steering rattle', which they are still unable to fix.

any further update from Court?

I have been using my i10 from 1+ month till now no problem expect Reverse gear stuck some times (maybe coz car still new)

No updates lately. hyundai is taking disadvantage of our court system. Well I am selling off my i10 and will buy astar auto for my dad. Conclusion -- "Never buy hyundai car in India"

Regarding reverse gear check ASAP. I haven't heard of this.
