How are you coming? Are you driving down?

I suggest sankar to come by other mode than by car. since the distance is long and he might end up in traveling back with the same amount of distance which might be very tiresome for him.

Being an car enthusiast how can i come without my car. Yes it will be very tiresome and if i am coming then will surely be on my car only. (I know what you guys will be think "This guy is crazy")

That is great to have an i10 with KL registration.

I think i have miss-judged you. Sorry for that. If you are driving down you can make sure some one [Friend / Family] who can help you in driving or at-least give you good company, accompany you. Because you might need to travel again for 200 KMs from Chennai to reach the Destination.

Just of info am asking how long it will take you to reach Chennai and have you been before to Chennai in you ride?

I am planning to to travel during day time in August 14th. Will start from Trivandrum early morning (probably by 4am). Should reach Chennai by evening right? I don't know the running time between Trivandrum and Chennai

it says around 767 KMs which would take 11 hours as per Google maps. I have covere 600 KM [Chennai to Tuticorin] in 8 hours in last march.

If you want to avoid going to Chennai and directly come to HH I will suggest this route,
you will enjoy your drive with the beauty of nature - then take Punalur>Pathanamthitta>Kanjirapally>Mundakayam>Peerumede (KKRoad).Karadykuzhy>Kumily (Thekkady)>Kambam>Theni>Dindigul>Salem>Krishnagiri (consider staying here)>Kuppam>Palamaner>Madanapalle>Horseley Hills - 840 kms.

From Dindigul, is the same route that I suggested.

If he is taking Kumily route from Thiruvananthapuram till Dindigul, the drive through Kumily is just superb

So will take more than 12hours right? I will apply for leaves on Monday and will let you know. Thanks for the route i am really excited and will surely be their with my car. But before that need to do some installs on car

Wow this route sounds amazing. But i am coming to Chennai without any friends so won't be enjoying much
