Looking great buddy! Honda made a mistake by not offering fog lamps in City until they recently added it!
Yes, but they can be installed anytime. The provision is there. I dont get City free since its used by dad.I have to go 60km for any accessory thats why City has not been given much addons.

40K service done!

Just came back after getting my car serviced. It was the 40K km service in which all the oils(Brake oil, engine oil etc) were changed along with replacement of spark plug, oil filter etc.
The total bill was Rs.5521/-.
Minor issues like interior cleaning, noises were rectified too. The car was ready within before the estimated time[clap]. In nutshell, i was satisfied with the service.
Will post some pics of my car tomorrow.

BTW got Poppy car perfume for my City.

Hmmm , Honda's general service is cheap but its other spares are a bit costly , Infact even Accord's general service cost is only slightly above this.

BTW Poppy's fragrance is great , i love it! We had it in our Sierra!

Yes, Accord does have higher service charges as compared to city, however they are reasonable considering the 2.4L engine.
The spare parts are a bit costly. Only localization can help Honda reduce the cost of spare parts.

As long as everything is alright with the car, the basic servicing cost of Honda Accord would too fall in the similar range but once something goes kaput (which is rare in a Honda if car is well-maintained), it could burn a big hole in the owner’s pocket. However, Hondas are generally somewhat overpriced, but their professionalism and attitude is something, which always leaves me impressed. Please add some latest pictures of your car, Akash.

Yes 350Z exactly what i wanted to say! Though they are over-priced , they are extremely reliable but if something goes wrong or if you bang the car be ready to pay a hefty price tag even if its Jazz!

Even the basic oil change for Civic is as low as 1500/- which is similar to City.

Add some more pictures of your car, Akash.

Since i have not been home since past 6 months, no updates of the car. But she is running fine. Most of the time, the car rests in the shed and is taken out only by drivers on weekends for cleaning.
Once i get back home, will get her new shoes and a spoiler.

BTW attaching a recent pic of her.

In that case – Please get a car cover too. How much kilometers has she clocked by now?

The shed is covered type (from all sides). So no issues on dust settling on it. As for the cover, already having, its just that the drivers are too lazy to cover her!

Update after an year[;)].

The car is running fine. Absolutely no niggles. The car is no longer used by my dad which is why she gets out only when I go home. I will be getting the 45k service done this month in addition to some basic add ons like spoiler, bumper protectors (current ones have lost their charm) and wiper blades (dynaedge) Service updates will be posted by the month end. Enjoy the pics for now.
